No problems, just help without judgement.
I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews here. I had been asking my healthcare providers to evaluate me for ADHD for *years* and was always told that they either weren't the right type of provider, or that they didn't "think" I had ADHD based on literally no questioning about why I thought I might. I have multiple family members, including my own daughter, that have been diagnosed. I had good grades in school and that was enough to dismiss my concerns. Well, here I am in my 30s, and absolutely struggling with life until I got help with my PMHNP through Done. I didn't know if I'd be able to get medications and/or if I even wanted to get medication in general; all I wanted was to be screened so I could at least have an answer. My practicitioner has been very helpful, understanding, and not judgemental at all. She's been able to reach out to Walgreens to clear up any issues, and has been responsible in ensuring that my other healthcare providers are aware of my medication in case it conflicts with the treatments for other health issues I see them for. Long story short, I've been able to obtain answers, medication, support, and help. I absolutely think it's worth giving this company a try.
