Advertised $10 for a consultation but as soon as I made an online appointment & gave them my credit card number $199 was immediately taken out of my checking account. I had scheduled an online appointment for the following morning. As soon as I noticed $199 taken from my account - I immediately cancelled my appointment (within 10 minutes of making the appointment) & a pop up says “you will not receive a refund as you’re cancelling your appointment within 48 hours of scheduled appointment “ so now I’m out $199 for absolutely nothing. Why ask for my health insurance card if you don’t bill insurance? I have reported this company as a scam. I’ve contacted my bank, blocked my credit card & reported $199 as a disputed unauthorized transaction on my checking account. Do not fall for this one. Read all the negative reviews, I sure wish I had before they took my $199. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau as well.

Horrible experience. Extremely unresponsive. I highly recommend avoiding this site at all cost.

I went through Done initially and was diagnosed with ADHD and put on medication. I was not able to pay the monthly membership and had to pay $200 for another initial consultation only to be told I couldn’t go back on meds without medical clearance from my primary care doctor and an ekg. My primary is booked for almost three months and now I cannot get back on meds Done prescribed me and have to pay 3 months of membership fees plus $200 before I get my medications. Awful company they won’t even respond to my concerns of paying for 3 months of membership without ever receiving meds. Do not do business with these people just read all the awful reviews out there it’s not worth being on and off meds.

This is not a good timing for either Done or myself, for my dopamine and serotonin levels to dip too low. I don't have the executive function to plan or answer phone calls. My experience started great! Initial lag, like I would assume when establishing a new provider, but the last 2 times there has been a 2 week lag in refills. This time, since there is a nationwide shortage of my med, I made sure to request my refill on the 16th to get filled on 21st, I reached out to be sure of this on the 20th because of the past 2 times, and they seemed on top of it this time around, I haven't heard anything since then. Even requested a med change. They can't respond to my emails now, but one of their employees let me know to update my pharmacy info AND TRIED TO RECRUIT ME FOR A CONTRACTED JOB because of my occupation, that has nothing to do with my healthcare or what I'm paying for with this service, IN THE SAME MESSAGE! so they can try to cushion their pockets, but don't care about our mental health. The message says, "Hello! This is Done Support Team. Due to the recent issue with Kroger, CVS, and Walmart Pharmacy, please send us your preferred local pharmacy name. and Hey Jacqueline, Hope you are doing good.I am hiring a certified surgical tech in ______. The duration of the contract is 13 weeks, Shift: 5*8-Days Shift, Gross pay: 1800week( Negotiable)". Wild.

WORST SERVICE EVER!! For the many reasons below: I was actively messaging with my provider about changing my prescription from XR to immediate release and medication availability in the area in November but apparently when it came time to request a refill the system never updated below the “1 day to request a refill”. My provider had no appointments available and by the time I had scheduled a call after my prescription was already past due, I received a communication that my prescription couldn’t be filled due to NJ state rules of not having had an appointment in the last 6 months. There was no warning from the provider previously when we were messaging so I had no idea this was an issue. I scheduled multiple calls with the support team in the interim and expressed this was an absolutely ridiculous service and way of handling business. It had been over a year at that point since I actually had an appointment with my provider so it made no sense why I all of a sudden was prohibited from requesting a refill. My provider had no availability in the near future so I was put on a waitlist, which I was still on that waitlist with no clear indication of when I would be able to get an appointment still a month later. I asked if I was unable to get my medication, why was I still being charged for my membership if there was no appointment available in sight. I was offered a delay in my next month’s payment (December) for my inconveniences in November as I was charged for my membership yet had no idea when I would be getting my medication since I didn’t have an appointment. Somehow I was able to get my medication delayed, without actually having an appointment completely disregarding the NJ rules supposedly in place. I reached out prior to my December prescription refill if there was any update on an appointment to ensure I wouldn’t have the same delays and issues as last month, and mentioned I was on a wait list, a response was written that there was still no appointments available with ANY provider and I would be put on a wait list. From there I immediately responded that I should already be on a waitlist which someone confirmed “yes you are already on our waitlist” but I highlight doubt that’s the case. Regardless of whatever “waitlist” I was actually on, I was told there should be no issue refilling my prescription and I should just message back “here” aka the consultation when I was down to my last 5 pills. Yet when I did exactly that, I was told to request through the portal even though I was told to message. While I was told I would have a delay in payment for my December payment, I was immediately charged at my next billing cycle, all of which was still over a week ahead of when my medication was even to be refilled, again because of the delays in November. Immediately scheduling a call with the support team, because NO provider has any availability, no one could fully confirm the delay in payment for the month of December and instead kept offering me the month of January. I persisted and said no, I wanted a refund for December and to be charged again in 15 days as it was originally told to me. I scheduled another call and I did not receive the full refund of $79 for my monthly membership, but instead received 20% back because I apparently “denied” the payment delay to which I firmly said no, I denied it for January because it should have already been applied for December. Every phone call I have had I have asked for email confirmation of the changes being made and I have NEVER received anything of the sort.

Awful service. Never waste your money here. They don’t care. They truly don’t. They just want your money and don’t want to solve any of your problems. They literally dragged me through mud for a month with my medication prescription because the so called support team is incompetent and don’t know how to find a pharmacy that has a simple prescription. They specialize in this, shouldn’t this be a skill they have? No sadly they just suck over all. Not compensation, no nothing just bull*** and fake apologies that lead to nothing but a cancellation of my prescription. They said I would get a free month. Then just canceled my prescription because they couldn’t figure out how to be a real company who actually solves problems. No only are they just stupid and stealing money they are scammers. Don’t wasted your time this company is a scam! I’m fact that just called me begging me to take the review down. Just goes to show how the company doesn’t care about you they care about how they look. This company again is a scam don’t spend your money here. I look forward to writing more reviews regarding my awful experience.

Horrible customer service. They seem to exploit the doctors they use, too. I could not get a hold of customer service, and I was discontinued because I had a previous prescription for Ritalin that I had had for five years prior. They disconti my membership yet still continued to deduct membership fees and I could not get them to refund. Horrible experience and overpriced.

I can’t believe this company is liscensed for telehealth. They pack their appointments so tight that the docs can’t even ask all their questions and the doctor I had was just awful. Legit mean and yelled at me several times for either not answering fast enough or asking her to repeat a question if she mumbled it. She was just reading off a checklist and before we started, she literally said “I don’t care about your story or any other information about your life, just answer yes or no” LIKE WOW coming from a person who’s job is to help people with their problems for a job… Thanks to her checklist is god mindset, she ended up diagnosing me with depression, anxiety, adhd, and possibly schizophrenia and told I have very serious problems that need heavy duty medication, all because I mentioned i have some visual abnormalities when I’m extremely fatigued and stressed. Like who even is this woman. Ended with her saying to me that my problems are so serious, she can’t help, bye. All in all, made me feel terrible and was utterly useless. If you hate people, don’t be a therapist?
