Poor customer care
Had ONE appointment. Was happy with the initial experience. My provider seemed nice and prescribed my medication. I've never been on the medication before and was told I'd be scheduled with a follow-up appointment to adjust my medication dosage as needed. Messaged 2-3 times asking for medication adjustment. Got a response telling me to schedule an appointment. Okay, no problem...other than the fact that it was 2 months out. Then, I messaged them to let them know that 2 months was kind of long, and I couldn't wait. Im paying like $70 a month for the medication that needs to be adjusted. And the whole "unlimited calls with your provider" or whatever doesn't exist. They didn't care about the $210 I would lose waiting for them. Still scheduled me 2 months out. Whatever. I had to change the day because it was on a date that didn't work for me. Then, I received a notification that my provider was just so booked that they had to cancel my appointment and never reschedule. Did they still charge my card on time every month? you bet! I have since canceled but I am curious to see if I will be charged again on 1.6.23. If so, I will be updating my review. Please do not waste your money to be ignored.
