Horrible! I have been trying to get a refill for two weeks. I think this company might be a scam. I reported the fraud to my credit card company. We all need too!

Terrible service. Left multiple times without receiving my next scheduled appointment. Sometimes weeks to get a response. Furthermore, the staff have all been difficult to understand and less educated on the medications they are prescribing than I am. Feels like an outsourced company peddling prescriptions to maximize profits. Wouldn't recommend.

Awful. No prescription updates when I have problems filling my prescriptions and I realize through her responses that my provider doesn’t even read our previous correspondence. Company is a joke.

UPDATE: Shortly after posting this review, Done customer service reached out and had my script sent to the pharmacy for filling. Thank you for the help! Here we go again. My experience with Done has been so inconsistent during my 2 years as a patient. At first it was great, my initial provider was easy to get a hold of and prescriptions were sent in on time. Then last summer I was completely ghosted and couldn’t get a response or medicine refill from anyone at Done despite multiple emails sent. I finally got a response after writing a review here and things quickly turned around. Another 6 months went by without issue but here we are again. I’m once again without my medicine and can’t get a response from anyone. It’s very disappointing this is the experience. Please help.

They have been taking money out of my accounts for 3 months now after I asked them to cancel my membership. Their customer service is absolutely the worst. They will just ask you the same questions over and over again and no phone number just an email. No pharmacies accept their prescriptions

I’ve used Done for over two years, it was a huge help to me and I finally felt seen, heard, and understood by my provider. My treatment has been easy, I think I’ve had one medication adjustment in two years. However, now my provider just doesn’t work there anymore, and the only reason I found out is because I tried to schedule an appointment and saw no open dates. I emailed support and they said “oh yeah so sorry your provider no longer sees patients here but don’t worry someone else will write your prescription and we’ll get you rescheduled in no time!” And that hasn’t happened. It’s totally unacceptable to lose a medical provider and not be informed. In fact, I wonder if she even actually wrote my prescriptions in the first place, or if it was just automated through Done with her name on it. I feel like they took advantage of me. And of course they took their monthly fee without any problem as of this morning, despite the fact that I have NO PROVIDER and NO MEDICATION which is what I pay this company for. Unbelievable.

Scripted emails and lack of communication. It takes 3-5 days for them to get back to you on anything and they won't respond to my pharmacy when they mess up a prescription. If you are looking for convenience or proper communication, look elsewhere.

What a fraud company. Takes them 2 weeks to respond to a support. Then when you respond it's another 2 weeks. Basically takes an entire month to get one answer, and they still don't help you. They've stolen money from me for months now without a response to my cancellation request and their refund is half only a subscription. Pathetic. Scam company. Will be expecting refunds or filing fraud soon. I did not know a simple service could be so incompetent for such an expensive monthly charge.
