The scheduling process was easy, the provider i had an appointment with was on time, knowledgeable, and seemed to really care about my concerns and what we discussed. At the end of my first appointment I was feeling really comfortable with the process and very satisfied. When it came to getting my prescription I was able to pick it up the same day. When I requested a refill throigh their easy to use platform I was also able to pick up my prescription the same day. Overall DONE is a wonderful platform and I wish I would have done it sooner.

Done always responds to my questions or resolves my issues very quickly (within 2 days). They respond immediately with a generic message but that is common with all virtual services.I’ve never had issues with my pharmacy or getting my prescriptions filled in a timely manner. This is a great service when you don’t have time or can’t go into a Dr Office.
