BILLING SCAM - AVOID
This company is INSANE. If you're tempted to try the $10, $20 or $XX special you see an ad for, TRY to get them on the phone before you enter your credit card number -- it's impossible. Their pricing and advertising is simply deceptive. I fell for their social media ad trick with the loud millennial girl squawking about her life and I was like: "ok, cool. $10 to find out more about this is fine. That's not a commitment" HUGE mistake! After filling out their quick rapid fire questionnaire, I was met with the $10 payment for my first appointment. Will this be the intake? will they tell me about the process? Will they let me know if my insurance covers anything if I decide to proceed? NO! I was immediately charged $199 for my appointment because it was the next day. THEY CHARGE $199 FOR THE FIRST APPOINTMENT. I went through the process again with another email address and below the fold it tells you "we charge the remaining $189 48 hours before your appointment. W/T/F is that all about? I didn't even have 48 hours before between booking the appointment! And why lure me in with the $10 if you're going to charge me $189? Just be upfront about it! Here's the deal: THERE IS NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE. No billing department, no customer service, NOTHING. When you call any of their numbers, a robot blows through a URL you will not be able to hear or type out. I tried it .. .7x. I received an email from them after booking the appointment full of typos and a broken URL, but never did I receive an email saying I was charged the $199! The company is either a scam, or like the healthcare version of FTX. They are preying on peoples' mental health for a quick buck with terms that rival a Scientology contract. Add me to the CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. My bank is currently working on a dispute for the transaction. Not once did they send me a billing confirmation or any explanation for the charge. I can't believe this company has been getting away with this. They truly need to pull all of their ads and be fined.
