They took my money and didn't respond for 5 days. They then said that they would start the process of applying for a prescriber to send a prescription to a collaborating physician for approval before being sent finally to a pharmacy. They will not say how long this will take, but I have no medication and no money to sell it elsewhere since they stole mine.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company takes forever to do anything. It has been over a month and I still don’t have my medicine. They don’t except any known pharmacies and the ones they do will charge you more for your medication. Also when talking to their physicians I was asked what medication do I want to take.This company is a money hole. $300 spent after 1 month and still no medication.

If I could put no stars, i would. in 2 weeks they have taken 450$ due to their own providers not showing up to the appointments. I was also forced to schedule with another provider due to their web page not allowing me to navigate anywhwere until I had did the reschedule. trying to cancel has been a nightmare. I had to just put a dead card on the account until they actually cancel it.

Dealing with the same issue every month. I submit my refill request ( says it can take up to 3 days) It’s never sent within the 3 days. Then if I message my provider I get zero response. This month when I reached out to customer service they said a covering provider will be sending my prescription. Now it’s three days later and nothing has been sent If you send an email they say they are working on it and say so sorry but then nothing is resolved.

I was charged $199 for my appointment when the prompt said I was booking for $10. They totally mislead you. I can’t afford the full amount right now so of course I try to cancel and get a refund and there is NO WAY to get a hold of ANYONE. Idk how you can giving medical care and be uncontactable. It’s incredibly neglectful I would not recommend. Thank god I found this out before actually getting care, but they are clearly running a scam and will take your money no questions asked.

Stay away from this God awful company. You have got to be kidding me. They straight up ignore your desperate messages, no meds its been three weeks. The only timely thing they do is grab your money. School has started I'm screwed. I gave them 200 of the last 500 dollars I had. Oh my God how are these people this awful?

I requested a refill in NOVEMBER. Done sent me an email telling me I couldn't get my meds unless I had another consultation. Then, it wouldn't let me schedule a consultation. I had to go through Done support to get a consultation scheduled. That took weeks. Then, my provider cancelled my appointment multiple times. That took weeks. I finally got a scheduled appointment in JANUARY. But by that time my pharmacy ran out of 20mg tablets. I emailed my provider who told me I needed ANOTHER CONSULTATION even though the dosage isn't changing, just the pill form. I even called multiple pharmacies and found the one that had 10mg tablets. I would just need to take two to get the same dose I was prescribed. I emailed Done support again this week. They texted me twice and emailed me twice telling me they were working on getting me scheduled, but I still don't have an appointment days later. I paid for November, December, and I'm about to pay for January and they can't provide me the service I'm paying for.

It's almost like this company is preying on people with no patience to provide really poor service while dangling a carrot that promises to help them feel better. If I could give 0 stars I would! The provider was fine, getting that appointment set up was fine. However, they do NOT disclose that they don't work with nearly ANY pharmacies in the US. The one major pharmacy that I could go through (Walgreens) is refusing to fill the prescription because the provider shows as being "out of the area" (ie telehealth). Being that the RX was for a controlled substance, Walgreens is being extra precautious. It's been over a week, and there hasn't been any kind of resolution. Walgreens tried to reach the provider/DONE, but no one calls back. When I try to reach out via phone a robot answering machine picks-up, and all I can do is go back-and-forth with emails to their remote support team. It's awful! Would not recommend to anyone!!!! UPDATE: It's been another week and STILL no progress has been made on my case. I've talked to 3 new people via email, signed their BS HIPAA release forms, called the pharmacy 4x times, and spoken to 2 new reps on the phone. Oh, and of course I got their BS/auto response to my review. I'm requesting a refund and hope I get it.
