Superior Communication
I have always felt like the team at DONE is genuinely concerned about my mental health. The team continually impresses me with how they go above and beyond to communicate what changes have been made within the organization... And they provide exceptional step by step instructions on how to proceed with their program.

DONE. Is better then in office doctor visit!
I prefer DONE. much better than regular in office doctor’s visit. Online Appointments are on time to the minute not like doctor’s office experience of never ending waiting even if arrived half an hour early. Done. Service is very efficient, convenient and cost effective as well.

Excellent Support
I must admit that I was hesitant reading some of the reviews. However, I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. They genuinely want to help. Appointments and prescriptions were done with ease. Also, things were escalated quickly if needed.

Done has been life changing
Done has been life changing. I have been with done for just over two years now and they have provided me with the services I need to manage my ADHD. Although there are still some kinks in the process, I have felt like they really try to make sure you have what you need. You can schedule meetings through the site and submit refill requests easily. Overall no major complaints and I am happy to have done as an option for my mental health.

Pleasant Experience
I’ve been with Done. For 2 years or so, and I have always been taken care of. Sure sometimes it takes a few days for a response, but I always get a response. My provider and customer service are very polite and willing to help. It’s been a blessing to get the treatment I need. Thank you Done.

I had a great experience with Done. My clinician was friendly, informative, and helpful. Scheduling is super easy and the ability to do your appointments virtually is extremely convenient. Would 100% recommend.
