Complete medical fraud, avoid
I agree with the previous reviewer. These guys are a complete fraud. You sign up for an appointment and then they cancel it 10 minutes prior with no advance notice or reason. If you try to get customer service they just lead you right back to the portal to schedule another appointment. And they don't "participate" with about half the pharmacies in the United States. You should be asking questions about why a medical provider cares whether you use CVS or Walgreens. Either money is being kicked back by the pharmacy chain or the pharmacy chain suspects fraud and refuses to do fills for them. On Sept. 16, 2022 the Wall Street Journal reported that "U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agents have questioned people about telehealth company Done Global Inc.’s practices for prescribing controlled substances, according to documents reviewed by The Wall Street Journal and people familiar with the inquiries." And if you complain, all they do is send you a link to their "urgent care team" so that you can spend even more of your day chasing them down instead of having them call or e-mail you about the issue. Finally, they call you offering half off your first session, but make no promises of stopping your credit card billing. Eventually, they refund your money, but will hound you endlessly about any review you make about their service.
