Done makes finding a physician and getting a prescription filled simple and efficient. My physician responds to my messages quickly and is on time for appointments. No waiting in waiting rooms or filling out stacks of paper with Done.

Great Doctor!
It can be a bit difficult to get an appointment, but I had no problems at first. I think they have resolved this issue though. My doctor is awesome! He really listens and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It’s hard to find a doctor that cares, but he does!

Adult ADD Late Bloomer
As a child I had difficulty staying focused and retaining information while reading, but my mother was vehemently against medication. As an adult transitioning into a paralegal position has been challenging but I am highly motivated by the field of law. Done. has been respectful of my time and convenient to communicate with through this medication shortage. This service has been one of the best decisions I have made for my career.

Done has Done great things.
I was very satisfied with Sam and his want to give me an efficient and thorough diagnosis. Since starting my new medication I have found an overall improvement in my mental state and outlook on life. Done was incredible about getting me scheduled quickly and with a Physician that took the time to help me!

Quick and responsive
The doctor is always so great and quick when it's time for my appointment or when requesting my refill! The customer care team is also super quick to respond and assist.

Caring about the patient!!
I really enjoy the service and not having to wait for any reasons. My one on one experience is great ! To get a feeling of comfort and concern really means more than anything. I do wish that your refills would automatically go through, without having to submit..
