Solid clinician with years of experience who helped me better understand my condition and the available means to assist with it. Some issues with communications with getting prescriptions to pharmacy but 95% the system works flawlessly.

Very professional, and delightful experience. Response times to questions and any concerns have improved greatly and all are always addressed completely and timely. Highly recommend Done.

Done is pretty easy to begin with, although the prices are definitely on the high side for the level of service you receive. The staff are helpful and friendly, however it can be difficult when multiple parties are involved (I.e. it was a nightmare getting done and my insurance to coordinate.) Overall a good experience, but the value proposition prevents me from leaving 5 stars.

I was relieved to find telahealth option for ADHD. Being able to address my mental health issues from home makes all the difference to me. The physician was thorough and kind and the site easy to navigate.

First appointment the provider was a no show and I was billed anyways. I reached out and got a refund and had my next appointment within a couple of days. The provider I dealt with was polite. I was able to get a prescription but my only complaint is the starting dosage is nowhere near therapeutic and I have to wait a month for follow up. I will be trying to contact them to see if I can get an earlier follow up.

I Have been with DONE several months now and Overall my experience has been great. I would give 5 stars if they were quicker at responding to issues like medication refills.

Ive been utilizing Done services for the last four months. The initial interview with provider and first prescription went fine. There was a bit of confusion renewing the script which was resolved after I contacted the "help line". Since then the process has been seamless and I appreciate the convenience of the service as I have relocated and it is difficult to get the professional care appropriate in my area.

For the most part I’ve had a good experience with Done. There were some hiccups in the beginning when my provider left the service and it took a couple of weeks to be matched with someone new. That was very frustrating to be honest but I found that scheduling a call with the customer service team is really the best way to have problems addressed, otherwise you will just be spinning your wheels trying to talk to a real person. I’m going to continue treatment with Done.
