Update: The provider called me back today and we spoke about all symptoms and past health. She was able to prescribe me some medication and explained the side effects. She apologized because she had a wrong number in my phone number she took down yesterday.
I had my first appointment today to establish care. I have been diagnosed with ADHD but it is so hard to find in person care in my area as no one is accepting new patients so I hoped this was the best alternative. The provider was 10 minutes late and when she was finally on the zoom call her internet connection was awful. I couldn't understand anything she was saying. She then requested my phone number to call (I'm pretty sure that's what she asked for) but never did call me back. I called the support number they Sent me via text but when I called no one answered. All of this happened within 20 minutes of my scheduled appointment. The only thing I heard from my provider during this was her first name. So obviously there was 0 care involved. I am so disappointed in how this went and feel like I was scammed out of $200 I spent attempting to get my mental health in order. I will updated this review if I get a refund or proper care in the future if I hear back from anyone.

Rx Refill
Program is effective but can be difficult sometimes getting a hold of the providers. It’s worse due to the shortage. Would like to see them provide better support for refills especially when there are shortages and other issues that might create some back and forth. Patients should always be the first priority.

Be cautious
The lady I got essentially told me that its just depression and anxiety. You pay 200 for maybe a 25 minute session.
** Edit**
Customer coordination spoke with me they ask for me to try a second opinion with another one of their providers. So we shall see. For now this will stay at 3.

From Exceptional Service to Never-ending Nightmare
I've been using done for about 6 months now with out any real hiccups. It took 2 months to schedule my first appointment and I had a great doctor for the first 3 months. She left and I was assigned a new doctor. He wasn't too bad, we had an initial consultation that went well and then was very responsive to any messages or requests I had. 2 months ago I lost that doctor and it has been a chore ever since. I can't keep a steady doctor, they have no one to write prescriptions and the overall service has been terrible. For what has been great for so long has become a nightmare. Hoping to stay and enjoy this great service but it seems the end is near. I would not recommend to someone who is looking for a new healthcare provider.

Similar to other reviews - horrible costumer service
Similar to other reviews, done has been extremely slowed in getting back to me about my medication. I went to my first appointment and the provider was unable to select my pharmacy and instructed me to reach to support. This was Friday, it’s Tuesday and it still has not been resolved. I’ve been without my medication for over two weeks now. Give it is an online platform and have people online “24/7” you would expect that they are more responsive. The only reason I tried done is because I don’t have insurance and I figured it would be affordable in the meantime. If you have insurance, please go somewhere else! I’ve never had this problem before with any other providers.
Update 12/16/2022: Some patient care coordinators are better at following up and addressing concerns which I appreciate. It still requires a lot of follow up on my part.
For example - after requesting my refill and calling to follow up I was told my prescriber was not responding so another provider would be asked to prescribe the medications. While it was resolved it still took more than the expected 3 business day and I went without my medication for about 2 days.
I would only recommend Done to someone that is uninsured and needs treatment for adhd.

Bumpy start, with improvements. Much more to do!
I've been with Done for about 5 months now. The initial intake process was quick and easy. The PMHNP that I was assigned was very helpful during my first appointment. They asked me a bunch of questions and preformed a series of tests during the video call. Afterwards they were able to help me understand my symptoms and could tell that I had been struggling for a long time.
The PMHNP gave me a few different treatment options and we worked out a plan based on my needs and things I would be willing to try. I didn't feel like they jumped right to writing me a prescription for ADHD, like some have suggested. We discussed various courses of treatment plans, including targeting anxiety before ADHD.
The first few months getting my prescriptions was easy and I did not run into any issues. Though major pharmacies began rejecting perceptions from tele-health provider, which led to some headaches. It took two weeks for my prescription to be sent to a new pharmacy, and Done support was really unresponsive during that time. This experience alone would have led me to leave a 1 or 2 star review; that is simply not a standard of medical care that I can endorse.
However, since then, there have been a lot of improvements. Support has been a lot more responsive, and I have not run into any issues getting my prescription filled. Though there are still lots of room for Done to improve:
1. Done needs easier methods for patients to reach out to support. There should be a staffed support phone line for immediate support needs, or a live chat option. As of right now it is difficult to find contact options beyond submitting a "Consultation" request in the web portal.
2. You should be able to get into contact with your assigned provider (in my case a PMHNP) without going through Done's support team. I would much prefer if I could message my provider directly, instead of having to wait for Done support to pass my message along. Most of the time the response I get back isn't from my assigned provider but someone else.
3. Done needs to do whatever it can to restore compliance and trust with the U.S Federal Government. It is appalling that the "move-fast and break things" culture of tech startups have made its way into the health sector; this dangerous approach has left hundreds, if not thousands of patients, unable to fulfill their perceptions without any notice. When this happens, patients have been given little medical support to help them through the dangerous and sudden removal of their treatment plan. Done must do everything it can, right now, to ensure that their tele-health platform meets requirements and re-establish itself as a trusted provider. It is imperative that Done do this so major pharmacies can work with them without fear of violating DEA controlled substance laws.
4. Done needs to be much more transparent with their patients regarding the current challenges facing them as a tele-health provider, and how that might impact care for patients. Done needs to be clear and transparent about how they are moving forward to fix compliance issues and what they plan to do to ensure that treatment plans won't be rejected by neighborhood pharmacies.
Despite these issues and unknowns, I continue to see overall improvements with the Done platform and support teams. If Done is serious about providing good medical care to those who need it, then they need to start with what I have outlined above.
I need to also mention something very important with all of this: Getting access to treatment has changed my life. It has been such a positive change, my health has improved and I am able to function much better as a member of society. I had no idea that my symptoms were having such a negative impact on me. Done made accessing that diagnosis process and treatment easy and within reach. For that, I thank you.

First Consultation was Great - Afterwards, Crickets...
My first consultation was very good. My provider was courteous and listened to my complications. We started treatment and made a follow-up appointment for two weeks out to assess how it was working. Two days before our my scheduled follow-up date I received a message saying "Your Appointment was Cancelled Successfully," which was odd because I never cancelled it. I immediately reached out to reschedule my appointment as I wanted to explore other treatment options since the current one was not working well. There was no response for two days, followed by a message saying "We are working now to reschedule your appointment." Another five days has now gone by with no response following that. I am trying my best to ignore prior experiences people have reported and hold out hope that they will follow through, but I am now beginning to become concerned I will need to look elsewhere.

Not a scam but new laws make it impossible! …
Not a scam but unfortunately new pharmacy laws have made it practically impossible to use this service. That being said, it makes no sense to pay a fee where no service, appointment, or prescription was given! I was so happy with DONE and everything was going smoothly until pharmacies started denying prescription refill requests one by one, which isn’t DONE’S fault, but I think at this point they should refund everyone immediately and limit their service only to those who live in CA or wherever DONE is based. Sadly won’t be able to continue with this service but I was able to get my prescription filled with local doctor 2 weeks after I stopped using DONE. there’s hope out here for us, but unfortunately until the laws change, I don’t think there’s much hope using telehealth services to obtain controlled substance prescriptions.
