Dog Shhiit platform and service, but can get you started quickly
Dog shot service, but for som it may be the only option. One problem in this country is how long it can take to get a diagnosis through primary physicians and specialists. A lot of shot can wrong in that window of time. I only recommend Done is because it is faster, Meeks vs months. That’s where it stops.
Best advice is to screen capture every interaction with them and look up your providers medical license# and state board organization. Keep those things in your back pocket. When they start fuqcking up and taking their sweet ass time to deliver the services, and they will, you drop an email title “How do I lodge a complaint with your medical licensing board!” These people act like they are doing you a favor most of the time but you are paying them!
You will be amazed how fast these prriicks stand at attention when they see that! Unfortunately, you have to be prepared to scorch the earth they’re standing on if they aren’t fulfilling their obligations. Don’t be afraid to do so. They are supposed to be caregivers not Ikea customer service reps.
Eat a diick Trustpilot. I’ll curse whenever the fuukq I want too.
Good Luck

Downhill...Stay Away
After a positive experience for the first six months, it seems rather clear that Done is now only interested in their rather high monthly fee, but otherwise offer conflicting reasons why they are unable to continue prescribing medication. Their first reason was that my provider was not licensed in the state where I moved, but coincidentally, they had no problems charging me for a consultation and filling a prescription previously while I was already in this state (with a new pharmacy and updated address on their site). Customer service messages are delayed and quite vague, with no consistent narrative or resolution. Stay away.

Done is Great When It Works, Currently Not Working
Done has been pretty good the last 6 months or so, but this month I can’t seem to get my script filled. It doesn’t seem to be my NP’s fault, but that of the prescribing doctor. I just need a straight answer about whether or not I should find a local healthcare provider because they are having internal issues.
Basically, when it works, Done is great. Problem is it falls apart with zero notice and you will find yourself without meds for 1-2 weeks.

Unable to contact their own prescribers.
Doctor that prescribed my medicine Eric Miller, is on Kroger's "do not prescribe controlled substances from" list. Causing me a world of headache. I have tried contacting customer service/my provider extensively and nothing has been resolved. I simply wanted my prescription sent to another pharmacy in hopes that I wouldn't have any issues but nothing has been "done" by Done. in over a month. Proceed with this company at your own risk.

The most honest review you’ll read
Quite honestly, I can’t understand how a company can be this bad at their one sole business purpose. I graciously rated 2 stars, for the mere fact, that I was actually provided a diagnosis that has allowed me to at least understand why I operate the way that I do. The initial startup was great, book online, meeting with a MD with education and experience in treating ADHD patients, prescribed a medication that actually has improved my overall quality of life. However, 4-5 months later, refills became a near impossible task, delays in refills being prescribed, an unannounced disruption in care; days after a refill request because I needed to have a follow up with a provider after X amount of months. The provider had no availability for months and allegedly there were no other providers available as an alternative. I cringe and hold my breath every time I submit a refill request knowing that it may never come. The customer service is absolutely non existent, a support email will give you the same generic message until you give up, and there is very little empathy or concern if you do eventually speak to someone. Their Instagram is flooded with comments from patients pleading for answers that are deleted. Quite honestly, either you’re short staffed, have zero leadership or have been red flagged for the amount of scripts you’ve written. Either way, please hire a true leadership team who can strategize and build a business model that actually aligns with your companies mission.
Find a leadership board who draws a Pareto chart of your issues and genuinely puts an effort into developing strategies that resolve the bulk of your issues. I.E. consistency of care, refills etc.
If you’ve been red flagged for the amount of scripts, develop a more thorough evaluation of your patients to ensure they aren’t misleading you to believe they have ADHD and get a Rx of adderall, etc.
Option 3: hire someone similar to myself who’s turned around $100million companies by actually focusing on the issues at hand and develops a true and honest approach to become successful.
Guys- take a look in the mirror. Read the reviews, focus on your patients concerns and make it a priority to resolve the issues. If it’s a manpower problem, take a look a loss of subscribers, is it worth the investment to bring it more service reps to hear out your patients and resolve? I’m sure it is at $79 a month per subscriber. Issues can be resolved in minutes and can keep your patients happy and healthy. What’s the ROI? Simple math.
I genuinely believe this company was started with the right intentions, I think you either lack real leadership and business strategy. Listen, if that’s the case, that’s ok! You can’t know mental health and business! Just hire someone helps improve your weaknesses! Strongest asset is knowing your weaknesses.
I genuinely hope this review is met with the respect and pure concern it is intended to be met with. You guys are so close to becoming a true pioneer in mental health for the public, don’t screw it up by cutting corners. Build your business Brick by Brick.
For the sake of the patients who truly struggle, I’d be happy to discuss this further with the leadership team. Quite frankly, I know how bad ADHD has derailed my true potential, I know how much Donefirst has helped me, but consistency is key. While I think a stern self reflection is paramount, Donefirst is not far away from really becoming a pillar in the ADHD community.
Tom
PS: this took me about 5 hours to finish because my refill is delayed.

They will NOT submit your Rx on time (UPDATED)
UPDATE: I stand by my review below in regard to my initial assigned provider (who never did submit my Rx); however, Alfa on their customer care team worked very hard to get me transferred to a new provider on their team and to get me my Rx. While I was disappointed that the Rx came on the 5th day instead of the 1st, I am grateful for Alfa working so hard and being very communicative the entire time. It is clear that their operations need some serious improvements and investments to run more smoothly without so much manual massaging, but they did eventually follow through.
They also gave me a partial refund on my initial consultation fee and a free month of service. Which was enough to earn and 2nd chance in my book.
---------------ORIGINAL-------------
This company is terrible. Do NOT use them. You likely will NOT receive your prescription, but they WILL charge you.
I had my initial consultation two days ago. Two hours later, I checked with my pharmacy and they still had not received the prescription. When I checked my Done consultation notes, my provider had simply submitted a template note without any personalization -- it literally said "copy and paste here" under diagnosis, treatment plan, medication, pharmacy, and follow-up date.
I submitted a message to my provider AND to customer support informing of the note issue and the lack of receipt by my pharmacy. I heard nothing back from either party, but my note was updated... but still no prescription. (And they had put warnings and guidelines for the WRONG medication in my notes.)
I reached out again the next day, and heard no reply.
I finally found a secret link for an urgent care line with their company and they confirmed that the provider hadn't even submitted the prescription in their own system, let alone submitted it. They said they would get back to me tomorrow... which will be three days after my appointment and four days after they charged me $200.
I paid their ridiculous initial price and joined their expensive membership to make this process easier. Instead, they have caused significant frustration and shown themselves to be unable to provide the simple promise they make. And as I read these other reviews, I see that I'm FAR from alone in this; in fact, this appears to be the rule, not the exception.
There are plenty of other competitors who do this better. I've canceled my membership and informed them that I will dispute my $200 charge tonight if my pharmacist doesn't have an Rx in hand by close-of-business tonight -- because I will have to pay for another provider and start over, and will have not received ANYTHING that I paid for.

I also was ghosted by a provider by…
I also was ghosted by a provider by Done. I was in the waiting room for the appointment for 15 minutes and I was finally notified that my provider cancelled at the last minute. I've been waiting 4 months for a new provider because Done said they were unresponsive, then finally they told me that they don't have any providers in Indiana. So why let me transfer my subscription there? They said they were working to reschedule me, but nothing yet. Why wouldn't they just clear my provider's schedule and force them to take the appointment they ghosted on?
In addition, major pharmacies are catching wind of this. When the public health declaration expires in April, access to schedule 2 controlled substances will end as well and Done seems like its committed to taking as much money as possible before this happens. I am trying to get my medical records before that happens.
Zsa-Zsa who has been helping is the only best thing Done has with her commitment to customer service. She worked tirelessly to get my prescription refilled because every time has been an arduous chore.
EDIT: I call the urgent line every month and I get no answers. If you advertise 24/7 service why do I need to wait an entire business day to even get a call and why don't you have a incoming call line?

Terribly understaffed and unprepared to do business
Terribly understaffed. There simply is no customer service for any matter. For even the simplest requests or tasks it takes days to communicate your message, and then days more for it to be replied to. Due to the delays in communicating these very simple messages I’ve been out of medication several times. Most recently for an extended period.
** of note is that I got an almost immediate response to my review, and much concern. Yet never did I see any such urgency when it came to emergency issues (that required only a simple reply) with my prescription. For that it takes 3 days (although they’ve missed their own 3-day response time before).
