Got my first two prescriptions filled. After my appointment my pharmacy didn’t receive my prescription. Scheduled two calls with “support” neither were honored and never received a call. Support was unable to help, and suddenly new appointments were unavailable. If you are like me and require medication to properly function at work avoid donefirst at all costs!!!! Complete scam that doesn’t care about patients.

After careful consideration, I have arrived at the conclusion that it is time for me to discontinue my relationship with Done. To provide some context, since June of last year, I have been without a regular clinician to schedule appointments with. Last Tuesday, a new clinician was assigned to me, and I was optimistic that I would finally receive the quality treatment and service that I have been paying $80 per month for. However, my hope was misplaced, given the history of subpar treatment that I have received from this company. Regrettably, the new clinician scheduled an appointment with me, but for the third time in recent months, they failed to show up. Furthermore, they informed me that my treatment would be terminated until I met with them. Sadly, the next available appointment that they offered me is at the end of March, which means that I will be without my prescription for another month. Based on my past experiences with Done, I would not be surprised if the clinician fails to show up yet again. Consequently, I find myself in a precarious situation, unable to seek an alternative treatment option during a medication shortage. As a result, my work and academic performance have significantly deteriorated. In light of my recent experiences, I strongly advise against engaging with Done.

I paid $200 for the first visit and was told medication would be called in to my pharmacy. My pharmacist never received the prescription. I emailed and was told to schedule a second visit, which I did. I paid another $125 and still have not received a prescription. I asked for a refund and was told that I was a "No Show" for my appointment. Do not trust this site. You'll spend more money than if you go to a regular doctor.

The absolute worst service out there. If you're reading this DO NOT sign up with them. They have no understanding of the severity of issues their audience has and responds with NO urgency. It can take more than 2-3 months before you get your medication!! Imagine taking meds all your life and a service like this takes their sweet time in responding. They will happily take on all customers and their money knowing damn well they don't have the capacity. Their website promises a full refund and assistance with 5 pharmacies, yet they will flip it on you saying we are the ones to find inventory. Super unprofessional and their care support team is a joke. Stay far far away from these crooks

Never got any medication never got help on different alternatives due to shortage on medicines never got a refund never got a response they have no contact number no live help only 3 day auto messages that they send saying someone will get in contact with you never followed up waste of 200 dollars scam I would put 0 starts if possible. I’m sure the switches up the refund policy as well it said full refund then it said whatever we want to give you back joke!

Find a local doctor- way better to work with a broken healthcare system than deal with a heartless computer run AI generated program run by careless people only concerned about their monthly payment…if your card changes and you add the new payment they literally deactivate your account and erase all of your information and date on their site- requiring you to schedule another appointment even if you just had one- does not allow you to communicate with anyone directly and cuts you off from the physician, it is clear that this service offers no human interaction when you need it the most- in addition to the challenges already happening because of supply chain issues, you have to keep changing the dosages in order to get your medication and they literally will let you go a week or more without before addressing the change- looking for a new pharmacy that might carry your medications because the only pharmacy that will even work with them doesn't have it?- well good luck - there are literally only a handful of places that will even work with them- it's outrageous! This reflects only on the fact they don't care and only need you to pay the monthly fee without a challenge. I am DONE with Done! I advise you to find a trusted human doctor instead!" Your generic auto response in insufficient- everyone just look at your replays from them - all mostly the same soulless tone and directions to go be even more frustrated. No thanks! Their reply is not sufficient- look over all of their reply’s and please make a note that they are generated by AI and are awfully soulless and generic- it is outrageous and a flagrant disregard for all the human beings that are overcome with frustration and disappointment, to send us further into the weeds with having to deal with them. Please note this is not acceptable! To add to the frustration “trustpilot” works with them to ask for a reference number of an issue and that number doesn’t exist- so then they get to delete our concerns and critiques on here - reference number of what!?!?!

I payed 199 for the consolation then received a text asking me to update my pharmacy as they were no longer partnered with my go to pharmacy’s such as HEB and Kroger. I see why as they were prescribing stimulants and participating in poor practices with patients. I ask support for the name of pharmacy’s and they tell me I’ve received a discharge email.(which I didn’t) and send me a link to refer me to mental health specialist on a .gov website. I’m disputing this with my bank and taking this as far as I can because not only are you not making these things aware to new patients but taking their money and not refunding them for services not rendered is ridiculous and truly disgusting.

Terrible experience. They charge $185 up front to do a consultation with a "Dr" that prescribes the medication but what they don't tell you is no pharmacies will honor their prescriptions and they won't help you find a pharmacy that will and it's a big waste of time rackett. I asked for a refund and they never responded.
