Done has changed my life. I was able to find a clinician who actually listened to me and didn't treat me like a statistic. Because of Done and my treatment, I was promoted at work, I was able to finish my degree, and I obtained a certificate as well all with honors. Done may be on the expensive side, but if you need help with your treatment and don't know where to go try Done, you won't regret it.

As someone who had to take over an hour of my life every month to physically go to the doctor back in the dark ages (my entire adult life) sit in a waiting room, and then feel so incredibly judged by my doctor during each appointment? Then take my paper rx to a pharmacy and wait to get it filled——-No- I will never stop being so incredibly thankful for Done. Not only are the doctors wonderful people- literally the nicest people I’ve ever met- but they are thorough with their checkups, in a completely accepting way- this is the only time in my life where having adhd is not only incredibly manageable, but I also feel accepted! No judgement at ALL! Plus the ease of refilling my RX monthly at the click of a button? It’s a breath of fresh air and it’s sent directly to my pharmacy. When I do have to have a face to face, it’s on zoom- I pick the time- and it only takes 10 mins. Done is a dream come true. They really want to help you. They care. And that really comes through.

I am a busy mom, wife, and business owner and couldn’t find the time to research local docs or make an in-person appointment to try and address my mental health (specifically ADHD). Done. was a saving grace for me! I was hesitant at first, but after scheduling a zoom appointment and meeting with my practitioner I was IMMEDIATELY put at ease. He listened to my symptoms and went over various medications, ultimately landing on one that he felt would best address my issues. My first dose didn’t seem to help much, so with email communication back and forth he recommended I try a higher dose, which seems to have finally offered some clarity, focus, and the decision making aid that I was needing! I would HIGHLY recommend Done. To anyone who’s on the fence. As good, if not better, than going to a local doc!

Done is an amazing service. Being connected to a doctor online is so much easier and better than in person, especially for someone suffering from ADHD or anxiety (I have both). The doctor was amazing and his questions were on point. He answered every question I had and my meds were ready to pickup that same day. Absolutely amazing service and has totally changed my life since treatment began.

I live in an area that has very few mental health providers, so I really appreciate this service. I see other reviewers had issues with their providers, but mine have been excellent and responsive. There have been a few bumps in the road (with supply issues and pharmacies, no fault of theirs, of course), but they always seem willing to answer questions and provide resources.
