I had my appointment Sunday, and two days later, the pharmacy still hasn’t received the prescription.

Beware- pretty positive this is a scam company. I’ve been on adhd medication for YEARS and YEARS since childhood and I’m now almost 30 years old. I moved states and waiting to establish a new PCP. So I gave this a shot and my oh my was it a huge mistake! I had my appointment 3/1/23 with Done and it lasted 15 mins, the clinician was not paying any attention she was side tracked doing God knows what. The meeting lasted around 15 mins so I paid over $15 per MINUTE for this appointment and I keep getting the run around from the clinician as to why she won’t fill my prescription. I have submitted all of my prior doctor’s information and I even provided my marriage certificate for my name change. The clinician keeps saying that there’s no records of me ever being prescribed my medication?? However, they have all my doctor’s information and they refuse to contact them even though I’ve sent Done all the prior summary visits to my doctor. Nobody responds to my requests for updates. THEN to top it off they’ve scheduled me a new appointment for 3/9/23 for an INITIAL consultation which I already had and I didn’t request another one. Also, it appears they want me to pay another over $200 for this second appointment which they scheduled without my consent within 1 week of my last appointment. None of this makes sense to me, so my suggestion would be just go old school and physically go into a doctor because I have yet to get any updates since my appointment and I wasted all this money for absolutely nothing. Update: They additionally just charged my card :( and I am no longer able to message the clinician I had my consultation with. Additionally, I booked an appointment with the link Done provided below in their response and after I book it, I get an automated email with yet another link to book another appointment, so it's just a never ending circle.

Absolute scam of a company. Stay away! Do yourself a favor and read around reviews of Done all over and you will see what a disaster of a company this is. The customer care team, if you can even call them that, are incompetent, do not read messages before arbitrarily replying and they will Book you appointments without you asking for them. The patient portal is a joke of a communication tool. On average it is taking 8+ days for them to reply but when they do reply it is zero help with the actual Issue!! Stay away!!! Stay away! Ongoing unresolved problems for almost 3 weeks now!

I signed up for some and was prescribed straterra. I started having AWFUL symptoms especially panic attacks and excessive sadness. I reached out 4 times to my provider and nothing. I finally called and contacted support they couldn’t help but would try to schedule a new appointment a couple days later. The new provider never showed up to the call. At this point I needed to stop taking the medication on my own say because of how awful I have been feeling. No one was responding helping or anything!! I finally gave up and scheduled a call a week later (this Wednesday) TELL ME WHY THEY CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT AND RESCHEDULED IT TO TWO WEEKS LATER. To this day I’m still not being helped and problems still persist. I whole heartedly hope no one uses done anymore because they are not for your mental health. I don’t understand how a company who provides medical treatment can do this to their patients. Like this experience alone would have me frustrated and on top of it the meds they made me take make the entire situation a million times worse. PLEASE DO NOT SEEK HELP FROM THEM! It’s dangerous and unsafe.

*UPDATE - finally got refill after three weeks, then when next refill was due I encountered the same problem. No refills, no answers to my emails 2 weeks after refill requested and one week after ran out of medication. Totally ignored. Extremely frustrating, they were fine up until 2 months ago. Now I can’t count on timely (or any) refills though they take my money on time every time. Will look elsewhere for better service* Been with Done for 8 months. Service was okay up until this last refill request. It’s now been 2 weeks and no refill, no word on why no refill, no sense of urgency, no real acknowledgment of any problem at all, they mostly ignore my emails and there is no other way for me to reach out. I paid on time every time. Really aggravating, I will update this rating if any positive developments but it will take a lot to make up for this absolute lapse of service/care. As of now I wouldn’t recommend their service

Company only issues medication on a 30 day cycle basis and you can’t get your next prescription if you don’t pay the monthly service fee, and pay for the monthly update apt. I have been getting seen for a while and can no longer afford the service fee and they cut off my access to the medications I need if I don’t continue to pay. Other companies like this don’t do that. I do not recommend Done.

UPDATE: The only way you get help is when you are angry and things have to be escalated. They offer you a “free month” initially. When you say that you are wanting to cancel and keep reiterating you want to cancel, they will then charge you $199 for a “initial fee” This company is a scam you guys. Please. Don’t use them. Just find a real doctor. The whole company puts you through this dehumanizing experience that leads to highway robbery and scams. This company is a scam. They are quick to charge you, glacier speed to resolve issues. They will take your money and never send your scripts. Any issues that arise will never be resolved. They will continue to charge you despite never resolving issues or filling prescriptions. You will not be seen in a timely matter. The whole company puts you through an awful dehumanizing experience. No contact number. Email never is responded to.

I’m writing this review because things have gotten worse since my last review. I have no missed for lunch breaks or important meetings trying to have my 25 intro meeting with this company. I have been canceled on all four times. Additionally, I often get an error screen asking me how my medication is working. No medication was ever Ordered or approved. This company is bad, bad, bad, news. They’ve absolutely ruined my morning. Hours of unproductive work.
