Working with Done the last two weeks has been horrendous. Furthermore, I was treated very rudely the only time I actually got on the phone with someone. I have been desperately trying to get my prescription sent to pharmacy that actually has what I need and I have failed over and over to succeed with Done. Done, if you are reading this, you better get a hold of me and provide me with my prescription so I can get the medication I need. Highly recommend not working with Done.

I requested my records three times in one week and there’s been no response. I’m not sure what the purpose of having a 24 hour response notice is at this point.

I had very disappointing experiences with done. My first provider didn’t even see me for months but kept refilling the same meds. She also never ordered blood tests for one med that needed them. When she left, it was up to me to continually remind the platform I needed to get a new provider. There was no help when the adderall shortage affected me-I was on my own to call and research pharmacies. By the time I got a new provider, it was two days after my script ran out. I will not be returning to done and will make sure no one I know uses the service.

This is my second review. I thought I would give Done a second chance with a new provider. They said I would receive 1 month free due previous issues on their end. Then I was told my account was paused. I needed to sign on again and was told I would not be charged. My card was charged for $79, not the free month I was looking for. They had told me I was not going to be charged until 3/20/23. They credited me $15! I’ve tried to call them on multiple numbers, no one answers. Done is awful. Please save your time and energy to get help somewhere else. I wish I never signed up with them.

She said I'm depressed, but I'm not. Provider took no consideration for my lifestyle, she just asked six questions including "how many days per week do you sleep well?" and "how many days per week do you struggle with motivation?"; I answered "all of them"; and she said I'm depressed but don't have ADHD. She is wrong and got it backwards. I am an over-achiever who works long hours and has demanding hobbies and relationships. The reasons for my sleep problems is a lifestyle choice, not some natural reason. Despite telling her this, her inability to detect nuance is pathetic. I even told her that, if I were to exclude my work, relationships, and rent payment, then my score on this assessment would be zero. It's purely work stress. Yet she insisted that I see a psychiatrist for treatment with depression? After meeting with her, I asked my friends if any of them believe I am depressed, even a little bit -- and I got a unanimous "no". They were surprised even at the suggestion. I don't even get it. I'm so optimistic, positive, and loving in my daily life it just feel so absurd to call me depressed. This failure of my provider has wasted my money. I have to tell you to avoid this place.

They charged me almost 200 for an assessment charged me every month like 80 even when I didn't have any type of treatment plan or had spoken to a nurse. When I was finally had time to schedule a zoom visit with a nurse the audio and video didn't work but I was still charged and had to wait a month for another visit. Then when I finally got one the guy asked if I was bipolar, I am 40yrs old and NEVER ONCE DIAGNOSED OR EVEN HAD IT SUGGESTED that I might be bi polar. At the end of the appointment said he was not familiar with treating ADHD and and was referring my file to a specialist. He said In 2 days I would get a call from them Two weeks passed before I finally called them and they said he determined I'd need to see someone in person. I asked for a second opinion and they gave me another appt a month away. Then Lillian the "psychiatric nurse" said I needed a sleep study and needed to see a PCP. I advised them I had been diagnosed with ADHD several times once by the dshs office and they did not even request my records to verify. They took hundreds from me and provided no service , they did not even offer me options . They are a scam!!!!

Their customer service is crap. They send you messages saying prescription sent to pharmacy, when that hasn't happened. They only have canned responses, they won't answer questions like "why are you sending me texts when the saying the pharmacy has the prescription when it doesn't?" They just say "it is pending physician review" or "the pharmacy now has the prescription". It cannot be that hard to have your automated text messages to be true as opposed to false. I am now 8 days without prescription, because they won't respond in a timely manner about a pharmacy change. Update: I already accessed the UrgentLine it wasn't helpful. I responded to the request for information from TrustPilot, didn't get additional help.

I posted a review about how horrible my experience has been with this company, they immediately addressed my concerns and made me remove my review, and as soon as I did what they asked I went back to receiving terrible service. They will charge your card on a different day every month, you never know when it's coming. And they will make you go for months without medication.
