I spoke to my Practitioner to adjust my dose my medication which she ok’d 2 different times , meds don’t get called in for 3 weeks then the dosage was wrong. This was the 2 nd time dose was wrong and long wait… Extremely frustrating…

The company has ghosted me and not…
The company has ghosted me and not responded to my complaint. The provider I was paired with did not follow their ethical standards of practice. The provider did not do their job, referred to their private practice, required lab work that they won't order, and overall never intended to provide treatment.

Not worth it.
Not worth it.
I was rushed into choosing a pharmacy even before I'd seen a doctor - I chose one of the few pharmacies Done works with, and it later turned out that pharmacy doesn't take my health insurance.
Plus, every pharmacy in my area is out of stock of the medication I was prescribed.
I'm disappointed to find out that this is something Done is fully cognizant of, but patients aren't made aware of the many restrictions in place until after we've paid hundreds of dollars. I use medicaid because I'm low-income, and paying for Done to try and get treated was something that was very difficult - to find out now that telehealth prescriptions are restricted to specific pharmacies that either don't take my insurance or are out of stock of the medication I've been prescribed is frustrating. Then, to find out there's no way to get in touch with my 'care team' other than via email (which can take days to get a response) or by making another appointment, adds to the stress. I was hoping this process would be smooth; it's been anything but.

Never use them
Never use them - they charge $199 upfront only to leave you without service or medication. Terrible business

Horrible experience, DO NOT USE DONE
Horrible experience. The clinician isn't someone I have any kind of ongoing relationship with it seems or someone who actually seems to care about me so it doesn't check any boxes on wellness side, the prescription I was given by the nurse was an ANTIDEPRESSANT which is considered a thirdline treatment - not good. The notes from the clinician included a copy/pasted template where they didn't bother to replace the copy / pasted bits. It says:
"Hi Alexandria,
It was wonderful meeting with you!
This is our current treatment plan, as discussed at your visit:
COPY AND PASTE DIAGNOSIS AND PLAN
Your prescription has been sent to the following pharmacy of your choice:
COPY AND PASTE PHARMACY"
No thought, no care, medications that don't even address my concerns, honestly GO TO YOUR DOCTOR and skip this completely unhelpful app. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
PS also NONE of my regular pharmacies will even take their scripts :) It's really a scam in every way

Terrible and Dangerous
Terrible. My provider expressed concerns about some errant thoughts I was honest about. She stopped the medication, dropped me as a patient.
Then I requested to be aligned with a different provider through their platform. They got back with me the next day telling me that I was refused a second opinion and then dropped me from their program all together.
Terrible patient care. No second opinion, no revaluation, nothing. "Provider dropped you, bye". Terrible way to provide health service and frankly, dangerous. How can you stop medication abruptly and then cut the patient off? Horrible and apathetic.

BE WARY: Overcharge still not refunded weeks later
This has been a really disappointing and frustrating experience. All this company has done right is begin responding to my messages once they realized the problems they caused for me.
The whole experience has been nothing short of unacceptable. I've already been diagnosed with ADHD and prescribed medication from another provider. I tried Done as a last resort because there is a national shortage of my medication and Done offers shipping. I've been trying to get help from their support team about multiple issues for weeks, and I still cannot verify that anything has actually been done. Here is a summary:
- Paid $200 for a 30-minute consultation, opened the video chat 10 minutes before my scheduled time (on 2/27), and kept it open for the whole 30 minutes. No one showed up.
- Rescheduled the appointment for 2/28 and then met with a provider for around 12 minutes. Was told that I could not get medication for 7 days and would need to schedule another appointment. OK.
- Was charged an ADDITIONAL $125 with no explanation, no receipt, and for no reason discernible from their website/policies.
- Reached out multiple times to the support team about the extra charge and scheduling an appointment, every message was ignored until I finally received a macro response that claimed they were "looking into it."
- Tried to schedule an appointment myself numerous times, using every resource/method available to me. Reached out to support again through the website and email.
- Scheduled a call, where I was told that the representative could not help me live, and that she would pass this on to the proper team.
- It's been weeks since I first reached out. Many calls/emails later I still have no appointment, no resolution, and no clarity on what is happening. Now all I want is my money back.
My bank also informed me that they provided documentation when I tried to charge back the $125 and I would love to see what they provided, because I haven't seen any explanation at all.
3/21 Update: Someone at Done saw this review and ostensibly they are taking action now. I scheduled an urgent call from that link right away, the representative who called me was more helpful and responsive than anyone has been prior to now.
She offered to reschedule again with no additional fee, but I won't consider that until I am at least refunded for the overcharge. I explained the situation and let her know that all I am looking for is a refund at this point.
She patiently explained that the $125 charge was a rescheduling fee because they thought I no-showed for the initial appointment. I certainly understand how this error could happen, but that should have somehow been communicated to me when they charged my card 3 weeks ago. I should have at LEAST been sent a receipt.
The minimum satisfactory resolution, which I've been asking for, is for Done to refund the full $125 overcharge, in addition to a prorated amount of the $200 for the unused time.
In these exact words, I was told that the $125 charge would "FOR SURE" be refunded and the refund on the $200 charge is "pending approval." I'm unclear on how much they would refund or how long this process will take. I've gotten multiple answers.
3/22 Update: Still wasting my time, no evidence of progress. I got an email this morning that says the $125 CANNOT be refunded because of a no show (??), which is the exact opposite of what I was told over the phone yesterday.
To reiterate, I showed up ten minutes early on 2/27 and the doctor did NOT show up at all during the 30 minutes. The rep I've talked to over the phone is kind, but I have yet to see any real action taken by the company. Supposedly my case is being looked over by the billing team, but I've been told this so many times that I don't really buy it.
These guys have asked me for everything under the sun-- personal information, screenshots of my browser history, messages, etc; and a reference number (??) which doesn't make sense because there is no visible number attached to any appointments or support requests.
I've provided them all I can, while they do everything in their power to take down my review and try to show they are in the right. Instead of helping me as their patient, they have chosen to launch a full-on investigation over $125, wasting my time and that of their reps. Each call, they ask the same questions I've been answering repeatedly. They want a screenshot I don't have, as proof that I was there on 2/27. So in short, it's my fault for not EXPECTING to be overcharged.
As much as I want to believe this company puts their patients first, it has been several weeks since I first asked for a refund and their course of action borders on accusatory. I will update this review depending on their resolution or lack thereof.
I've wasted enough time now that I'll take it up with the BBB if nothing changes by EOD 3/24.

Ignored!
A business run like this doesn’t stay in business long! Terrible customer service! Nearly impossible to get in contact with medical provider for personal medical needs. They will charge your credit card every month, however not provide the service required for a medical provider. Such a headache, every month, to receive the medication needed for mental health and the service which is paid for monthly. They are not providing any medical care, just another e-commerce business scam where the customer/patient’s needs are ignored while they just want your money and will continue taking it.
