Done has been accommodating and helpful, especially as a lot of services have transitioned fully online. They are extremely accessible when you need to speak to a provider or make a prescription update. There is a bit of a delay, and you don’t have direct contact with your doctor as often as I expected, but I am pleased overall.

Done was easy to sign up for, the virtual visits are engaging and I felt like my care providers listen to what my needs were. The only improvement would be cost and to have therapy in-house so I could have more accessibility to fill my needs rather than go outside. So far a great company otherwise.

My initial encounter with Done.com started off a bit less than pleasant, but after their Care team communicated with me about the issues... everything has been really smooth and pleasant. I, now, have a friendly, helpful, and understanding clinician and the care team has proven to me they will help in most all situations. I have a better peace of mind knowing that Done.com has my back!

My experience with done was good all the way around it was not over complicating didn’t take months to finish or get help. My doctor is awesome. If I could write her above five stars, I would in fact I would give her 50 stars not only a doctor, but a captain in the US Army, which I think is amazing I’m a huge patriot and I love my country and the men and women who served protect it I can only imagine how tough she is being a doctor and also being in the military. She is always very kind. She always responds quickly and actually listens to me and hears me. She has helped me out tremendously as far as done. the company goes, I would only give it about four stars. I’d give it five, but there is no way to contact anyone on Dones website you can click a button and ask a question and it tells you it can take up to three days to receive a reply so that part really sucks. I believe they should get rid of that entirely. I am blessed that I have a really awesome doctor and I’m able to get in contact with her easily not just through done website done basically has no customer service it’s more like an answering service. Somebody will call you from a cubicle with a different accent and cannot answer any questions or concerns you may have high myself run a paving company and have a one 800 phone number and it is an answering service so I’m very familiar with how it works. All they are supposed to do is answer the phone say what company and what they’re prompted to say and relay the message to somebody else which you might not get a reply at all but they say at least three days for done other than that everything is great I believe if they would actually have a real customer service phone number where people actually can help and answer questions and concerns. They would be way beyond five stars so I hope that they see this and will reconfigure the customer support part of Done. I don’t know if I’m just lucky or if all of the doctors that work for done or like this but if they are half as good as my doctor, then they are pretty good. FIX THE CONFIGURATION OF THE SITE AND SUPPORT NUMBER!!!!! If you do, you won’t regret it, I believe it will make you more money, more popular, and way more known across the country. that being said and after getting the reply from done. which might be a bot designed to say certain things to various ques my doctor is way beyond five stars done itselfis not the reply tomy review shows that the only reason i am able touse done is because i have an amazing doctor that ican get in touch with directly and not threw the done login portal it takes 3 days for a reply and sometimes longer doing it threw the done website as i have said i dont know if i just got lucky or what? But iff done. sees this for real than i ask them to callme directly on the phone they have my info so they can if theyactually watch these reviews i believe that this company could be amazing only if they would have a real medical customer support team and easier ways to talk directly to a person who can help and knows what there talking about rather than someone in a cubicle in whatever part of the world who gets paid pennies to answer a phone say the prompt theyve been given and 50/50 chance it actually gets to the dr this company could be amazing if they would only change these few things im not sure howmuch money it saves to have these people who cant help you in anyway or even answer a simple question answer the phone if it is they really answer most times you send a message on the done website and atleast 3 days later they call you with no helpful info but whatever money is being saved by doing it that way is doing them more harm than good all you need to do is read the reviews most of them are bad because of this reason no way to properly communicate and get things done. IM ASKING DONE PLEASE IF YOU SEE THIS CALL ME DONOT EMAIL OR TEXT PREFERABLY SOMEONE WHO IS AN HIGHER POSITION AND KNOWS WHAT THERE TALKING ABOUT NOT TO BADMOUTH THEM BUT TO HELP CALL MEEE!!!!!!! i hope this doesnt reflect on my doctor because shes amazing and if it does i will be very upset my treatment with her has helped meso much its DONE. who has some issues that can be resolved pretty easily. Done has been great for me. Everyone close to me has told me for a few years I should get meds to help with my ADD but I was embarrassed. Growing up you never wanted to tell anyone you had ADD or ADHD so I denied it for the longest. Even when I accepted the FACT that yeah I have it I didn’t wanna see a Dr because I was embarrassed and felt like it was dumb to seek medicine for this. Finally I came across done. It did not seem as intimidating or embarrassing to visit with a provider via zoom so I decided to give it a try. I spoke to my provider and did a test, he came up with a plan for me and it’s been great. Only reason I didn’t give 5 starts is it is pricy and my refills have not been the easiest to obtain on time always.

Hassle free and very convenient

The doctor was easy to talk to, understood my issues and was very supportive and helpful.

The Dr's bedside manner was excellent! The prescription process was easy.The only issue was getting a return response from messages sent and no phone number to call for help.
