The initial assessment and resources were good. I've had 3 different providers, the first was awful and very difficult to work with, the second was wonderful and sincerely seemed to care....the last one ghosted me for a month and after multiple attempts I finally got my prescription which was sent by a different provider.
I want the warm, individualized care plan that discusses my unique needs. I do not get this with Done. I get my meds and I have done my own research and discuss my medication regime with my PC, that helps.

Sometimes great
Sometimes good, sometimes bad. My original prescriber was great; very responsive, polite and seemed to care. My new prescriber doesn't respond for days. I've called the support number several times and can't seem to get anyone to answer, yet their business hours are from 9-5. I don't understand why it takes days for our doctors to respond.

Decline in service
A quick scroll through the reviews says everything you need to know. This has been exacerbated recently - I requested a refill 9 days ago, and am still completely in the dark as to why, when, or if, it will ever get filled. Neither support, nor the Urgent hotline posted in other responses, has given me any insight or help solved the situation. Very negligent and immoral to treat medical patients in such a manner.
UPDATE - I was taken care of by the nice folks on the Urgent Hotline. If you're having similar issues I suggest scheduling a call with them. I've received good care in the past, and I'm assuming the recent issues are a combination of being understaffed and the new year.

Unprofessional but came through
After paying a $20 deposit and $200 fee for the appointment, I was under the impression that te script was sent to my preferred pharmacy shortly. I was told there were "technical difficulties" so it may be available the next day. Well, after calling my pharmacy prior to closing the next day I was told that they have no idea who I am and I am not in their system. I called DoneFirst support, turns out, my provider has LEFT the company and I will need to be diagnosed again with another provider. This has been an excruciating headache and I am out $220 and no medication.
UPDATE: After hounding their support, I was told that the ONLY time they have available for another provider to get in touch with me is 6:45am a week from today.... This cannot be real.
Update: After a week of waiting I had my initial appointment with another provider. Since my information still existed from the previous diagnosis, he was able to fill a script at my local pharmacy for me to pick up a few hours later. The appointment was free and I feel much better despite the waiting.

Get an actual doctor who cares about you
Get an actual doctor who cares about you and your wellbeing. For the last six months, there's only been one month that my prescription didnt lapse. They will take your money but won't respond timely or ensure that you get your refills in time. It is negligent especially given the fact they do not care if you go weeks without your medicine. My medicine was prescribed for both my adhd and depression and my life has been awful every month when I need a refill and don't get it in time. Seriously, go to a real doctor. It's not worth it.
UPDATE:
I am only updating my review because after posting this review, Alfa stayed in communication with me until my prescription was refilled (over a week late). My pharmacy no longer accepts scripts from Done, so Alfa called around to find one that did and also had my meds in stock. This was very appreciated, given the fact that I have not been able to speak with anyone from the Company until then. She was genuinely helpful and I wouldn't be surprised if she is not even associated with the Company, but rather contracted, as her persistence, communication, and care were the total opposite of what I have received from the Company thus far.
I think it speaks volumes that the Company has people get involved after writing a negative review. To me that says that they care more about getting more patients than actually giving adequate care to the ones they already have. It is really unfortunate, as I like my provider, but the fact there are not even any appointments available to meet with her, combined with lapses in my medication every month, has left me feeling neglected as a patient.
This could be a great service, especially for people who struggle with ADHD and/or their mental health, as those two things make things like finding a doctor, going to the doctor, and calling the doctor, that much more difficult. When I used to be able to get appointments with my provider, she listened to my concerns and the appointments were straight and to the point. Now, Alfa is the first real human I have spoken to in months. The reality is that what should be a service that is helpful to people with ADHD and/or other mental health struggles, actually exacerbates them as you have to keep following up to get your prescription, and then deal with the side effects of withdrawal when you run out.
While I am glad Alfa was able to help me get my refill, through no fault of her own, it was over a week delayed. You are almost guaranteed a lapse in your meds, especially since the automatic refill option is no longer an available and they provide no refills for your prescription, as such, you have to request a new prescription every single month. (I have a friend who goes to an actual doctor for his meds and he gets 3 months of refills before needing to request another prescription from his doctor.) The question each month becomes how long the delay will be. I have stopped taking my meds on the weekends and do not take my full dose on some days, just so I have some left over in order to try to prevent withdrawal when I inevitably do not get a refill on time. This is truly not acceptable, and its not evidence of a telehealth company that cares about their patients. It is still surprising to me that doctors, who owe a duty to their patients, could care so little about something as simple as writing a prescription on time to ensure that their patients do not run out of medications that are known to have significant side effects.
The worst part is that they never fail to take the $80 out of your account on time each month, despite failing to provide the service they promise. You used to be able to get two consultations with your provider each month, but now you cannot even get your refills on time.
If you want to waste more time and energy each month that you probably don't have, just trying to get a refill on your medication, and then dealing with the side effects of withdrawal each month, this is the Company for you.
Shout out to Alfa though, for genuine customer service. I probably would still be without my meds if it weren't for her. It's too bad her care and responsiveness does not reflect the overall values and practices of the Company, as they clearly do not care at all.

Concerning, but being persistent paid off
I’ve been with Done for several months and the first few months were great. This month when I went to renew my prescription, after the three days came and went with no response from my provider, I got worried and started looking at what the problem might be. I found all of these reviews which got me super nervous that I was going to end up getting ripped off. I followed the link to set up an urgent care call and was called at the scheduled time. I expressed concern about the reviews and my lack of response from my provider and Zsa Zsa assured me she was working on it. After several urgent care appointments, I was able to get my prescription filled. It took speaking with Zsa Zsa for two days but she was great. Called at the scheduled time and sent me text follow ups. It was still overdue but it was less than a week. I am happy I got my prescription but it did take lots of effort on my end.

Just don't do Done.
Update:
After I made this review their team reached out to me within a couple of hours and let me know the pharmacy had the updated prescription and I was able to get my meds today so I'll add a couple more stars. Would I recommend or use them again? Nope.
Just don't do it. First thing was they say they'll charge you 10$ then the rest after your consultation, they charged me 200$ as soon as I booked even though they had a promotion for 99$. They eventually refunded 100$ after sending them a screenshot of the promo. Then, when I saw the dr. They did send in my meds but I'm in Texas (which the dr. Knew) and the dr. Is in California so the prescription was null and void as it's illegal to fill controlled scripts from an out of state dr. They finally booked me a dr. That was in Texas on 11/28 and that Dr. Did send in my prescription but she put the wrong date on the prescription so I wouldn't be able to fill it until 12/28! When i reached out to them about a refund (because their services had been useless to me) they had deactivated my account and gave me some BS about how they couldn't refund me because it was deactivated!!! They finally refunded 80$ of the 100$. Then I asked them if the provider could Call the pharmacy and correct the date or send in a new prescription. And it still hasn't been Done! They have been giving me the run around for 2 weeks. They 1st attempted to charge me $79 to reactivate my account (that THEY deactivated) before they would fix the dates on the prescription. But since I didn't want to do that (obviously) They are just now completely lying to me and giving me the run around, Saying pharmacy was out of my medication, which is untrue after talking with pharmacist. Or that they haven't been able to reach the pharmacy by phone which is also untrue. The pharmacist told me that the Prescriber needs to call and adjust the dates on the prescription that's it. So yeah, total nightmare and I'm out 20$ and nothing to show for it.

Company is great and easy to talk to my doctor. Only thing is my prescription refills are now only being refilled in half, which is a change to my routine.
