1 star is too much

1 star is too much. Getting started of course was no problem. The initial appointments and prescriptions being filled weren’t an issue. After that first time, it took almost a month to refill the prescription which defeats the purpose of taking the medication in the first place since I was told ot would take 6-8 weeks for the meds to work. The prescription refill after that wasn’t an issue but the next one was. It took so long that I couldn’t get a refill without an appointment because you have to have one every six months to make sure you can continue taking the medication. So I go to make an appointment and guess what? There were none. So how can you get a refill when you can’t get an appointment? So I cancel my service and request records so I can try to go somewhere else and miraculously they have appointments. They also sent me an email about medical records and a giant excerpt about that they can charge me for the preparation of the records?? Just tell me how much and send me the appropriate paperwork so I can leave but even that is difficult. It’s been a week since I requested the records and nothing about it since except to try to schedule an appointment I needed almost 2 months ago. At this point, this experience has done more harm than good. How can a person with ADHD deal with a company that operates like it has ADHD? It’s not possible. Would not recommend for anyone struggling with anything for any reason for any amount of money. I did not get anywhere near what I was told I would get. I only got more stress and headaches

Waste of your time
I have been using Done since September and honestly I cant imagine a more useless organization. Their providers don't seem to know what to prescribe. It took almost 6 months for them to prescribe something to actually tackle my ADHD, but they prescribed me a drug that has been unavailable for over 6 months and won't be available anytime soon. Don't waste your money or time with these amateurs. Just go to your PCP

One star is too high praise for this awful service!
I wish I could give this service zero stars. I have been completely ghosted since January. Don’t waste your time or money on this nonsense. This feels like just another social media scam!

Waste of $200
Waste of $200. Treated like I was seeking when I was diagnosed with ADHD in 1999. Told I had to stop Wellbutrin in order to take stimulants, despite having been prescribed that exact combo by a psychiatrist. Done sucked

Just go to your actual doctor
In the year I was a member I was only able to pick up two 30 day prescriptions. The customer support was an absolute mess. They took over 6 weeks to send paper work to pharmacy which ended up being the wrong paper work and the last straw. Their response times for a customer ticket are listed as three business days which is much closer to two weeks in reality and extremely insufficient responses. Beyond poor experience and I'm surprised they haven't been sued out of business yet. I have canceled my subscription and will being go to my PCP instead

Done, I am beyond upset at how you have been ghosting me with my prescription renewals. It is horrendous that I was without my medication for OVER A WEEK, and I had requested that prescription renewal well in advance. I am now waiting almost a week since my previous prescription renewal, and I have heard absolutely nothing from my provider. To anyone reading this, please use a referral from your PCP to get a prescription. Done is done.

As everyone is writing--- This place is so bad
As everyone is writing, it is a horrible service. Customer support takes forever and is not helpful when they do reply. I was left without someone managing my account for over 3 months. This is after I called their support requesting to get one and them saying that I will be assigned one shortly.

prepare to be perpetually ghosted
prepare to be perpetually ghosted - really bad support, unresponsive, lack of communication. They charge a lot just for the initial subscription. After the first evaluation, they pretty much disappear. Their support team is entirely pathetic. They prescribed a medication but then claim that pharmacy doesn't have it due to backorder. Then they ask for a list of other pharmacies - I reply back with more choices and they basically ghost without reply. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received any medication.
