This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. It has been 26 days since my appointment and they charged me a 200$ membership fee only to take my money and run. I haven’t gotten my medication and customer service is trash. You’re better off trying something else. Avoid this scam

I chose to leave this service because as a lot of other reviewers have mentioned it would take so long to get a script for a refill. I would often go long periods of not having my medication and having to basically chase them down for a script. The service was inconsistent and after finally being helped they’d send a trust pilot link asking for a good review. Some weeks ago I filled out a form for my medical records to be sent to a new provider and was told it would process within 7-10 days. It’s been well over 2 weeks without them filling my request. Reached out via email and was ignored. Only when I reach out via social media is when I receive responses to emails. I was told my records processed which wasn’t true according to my new provider. I’ve asked for them to send my medical records directly to me via email and keep getting the run around. I am not being told what the hold up is but just keep getting the same generic apology email with each passing day of me having to basically hunt down what I need. I am frustrated because It’s going on almost 1 month without my medication due to their lack of service. It’s very inconvenient and frustrating.

Done is either incredibly understaffed, has broken communications processes, or simply doesn’t care about their paying customers. Quite possibly all three. I have had all 7 requests for help (sent through my account on their site) with an Rx issue completely IGNORED over the last 2 months. It’s incredibly frustrating. As soon as I find a replacement, I am DONE with Done!

Their entire system has no feedback on when you complete the assessments, adding more stress and frustration. The “provider call” was a person annoyed that they had ask the same questions I had already input into their system twice. They did not address any of my concerns and they couldn’t find the pharmacy even after I had sent the exact information PROVIDED BY THEIR OWN WEBSITE and confirmed with Google, Apple Maps, and the pharmacy directly. Then when I tried to get help I was met with rudeness and incompetence. Please, let this company burn into the ground as it does NOT help people with their mental health and they add more problems that you’ll have to try and fix on your own.

I had my first appt with my "provider" this morning and it was quite literally the worst experience of my life. I have struggled with ADHD symptom for years and unfortunately fell for an advertisement for Done, thinking this would be a quick way to get an official diagnosis. The person I met with was completely disinterested in the conversation and asked no questions that would lead to an ADHD diagnosis. She kept asking me to describe my history with medication and then asked a few questions about depression and anxiety. Then she immediately said "Ok, I will prescribe you something that will help with your ADHD" and sent the prescription to the pharmacy location I had provided earlier in the appointment. I was already confused at this point because she hadn't even acknowledged that my symptoms align with ADHD, but already sent a prescription to the pharmacy. When I asked her if she could give me an official diagnosis so I can have for my own record, she began raising her voice and yelling at me. She said "NO, WE DO NOT DO THAT HERE. WHY DO YOU NEED A DIAGNOSIS? ARE YOU TRYING TO QUALIFY FOR DISABILITY BENEFITS OR SOMETHING????" ADHD is not something that qualifies an individual for disability benefits. I simply wanted a diagnosis so I can validate my years of suffering. Why would she send a prescription to the pharmacy if I do not have a diagnosis? This company is just a pill mill and they do everything they can to push medications and take advantage of vulnerable people. I emailed their support team and their only response to my experience was "Thank you for letting us know", that's it. No acknowledgment for the way I was treated and how utterly unprofessional this provider was. I have this providers NPI and license number and I am about to report them to the board.

Terrible service so far. Met with my provider last Friday and she said she'd text me when the Rx was sent to the pharmacy. Here it is Wednesday, and I haven't heard a single thing from Done or my provider. I have sent multiple emails, left voicemails on their robotic messaging lines, and contacted the Urgent help line, all of which were absolutely NO HELP AT ALL. If I am having this much trouble just getting started as a new patient, I have zero faith that things will improve. DONE: GET IT TOGETHER OR STOP DOING BUSINESS.

I've been trying for months to get a 6-month follow up appointment. They keep saying they will schedule one, but never do. Now they just completely ignore my messages and requests. When I asked for a refill they didn't request a refill for all of them. I'm almost out, and have no way of contacting them.

Update since Done somehow managed to remove my original review: How does this company have more than 1 star reviews? It is pure garbage. Since day 1 with them, it has been miserable. - providers don't show up to your scheduled appointment. - it is impossible to get on the phone with anyone for customer service. - emails to customer service go into a black hole of some sort, unless you are lucky and get a response back days later. - IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT. I have been told multiple times my account has been cancelled, but no, I am still getting charged $80.00 a month. I manually paused my subscription last month until 09/16/2022. When I log in, I can confirm that it says it is paused until 09/16/2022. But what does it matter, because they will still bill you! I was charged $80 today! What is it that I am pausing then? Absolutely terribly in every way possible. Probably the worst company I have ever done business with. It's sad when you have to contact your bank to dispute charges and stop all further payments. On top of it all, the business is just shady. The providers are not at all knowledgeable and sound like they are reading from an ancient outdated checklist. BAD BAD BAD BAD. The the Done employee that will respond to this: Please don't give me a generic reply telling me to contact support. I've already done this way too many times.
