They don’t service any major pharmacies and the doctor I spoke with had the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. I was quickly told that adult onset of ADHD is rare, even though I explained I have had these symptoms my whole life. Wellbutrin was suggested as a treatment with no idea which pharmacy I could even use. I basically flushed $200 down the drain.

The one time I actually decide to try and tackle my ADHD by using a service like Done and I'm punished for it by being the victim of this scam. A 10 dollar booking fee and an additional 200 dollars charged to my card before even attending the initial consult that I cancelled! I didnt even order a prescription or use any of the other services outlined in their program. I reached out to customer service explaining how I simply wanted to opt out before starting anything and they stated that they will **NOT** be giving me a refund. I had 200 dollars taken from me for absolutely nothing. I didn't even use the service. Do NOT sign up for this I'm begging you

I honestly feel any good review for this company is fraudulent. I've been using done for 5 months now and have received meds 3 times, each time I've tried to request a refill it never comes until I go through insane lengths to get ahold off someone which is something I struggle with already do to my condition. also the meds ive been receiving for years they cut in half on my first visit(I switched to done because my doctor passed away). this place isn't real its a front to get money. ive been charged for all five months also im pretty upset over it, next step is report these charges as fraud to my bank

Absolute crooks I will try to make this short. They took my money. Assigned someone to examine me even though I've been prescribed medication for my ADHD for 14 years. They lied to me and told me the prescriptions were sent to pharmacies. I went to the pharmacy and there was no script. Then again 13 more times I contacted them and went to the pharmacy. Nothing, nothing, nothing. The stopped responding to me and THEN they charged me $79 for the second month. and THEN $79 for the third month after cancelling. This is a scam please do not screw yourself over by trusting these scammers

I had my first visit on April 16. I provided my pharmacy information and was promised my prescription would be sent that day. As of today, April 26, Done has failed to send my prescription. I have emailed them repeatedly, and Done customer support agents have responded in writing multiple times acknowledging my prescription hasn't been sent, apologizing, yet providing no update and asking me to wait indefinitely. Their website advertises a "satisfaction guarantee" yet they claim refunds are fully discretionary. I requested a full refund and they refused to refund me. This is unlawful false advertising.

Scammers...just want your money..i feel like i's run by the cartel!!!!!! Don't go here horrible

This company is an absolute mess and if you can find ANY other provider I would strongly urge you not to waste your time or money. This company has no business handling medical treatment, they’re a complete joke. The fact that the majority of their reviews are given the lowest score possible should tell one all they need to know about this company. First prescription took 10 days to call in. No one to call, support takes forever. Next month instead of an appointment support called me. Then I asked for them to set an appointment for me, which they never did. Found a new company which was much more professional and called in prescription immediately. If you’re thinking about using done - don’t.

They don't tell you until after you sign up that they have very limited access to pharmacies. Also if you need any type of medication change or your medical records they will add additional charges around every corner. It is hard to get above your 15 minutes a month. Not worth the cost
