Caution!!!I I would give a zero if I could. They have charged me for 6 months and I was only able to have 3 of my prescriptions filled. I temporarily paused my membership because it was so expensive and I was not getting the medication. Then I restarted and was unable to get another appointment they said I needed. So I paused my membership for a month. They then charge me for the current month and when I made an appointment called and said I had to repay another the initial payment of $199. So I payed 2 additional months $138, have no prescription refills and after asking for a refund was given $13 and cancelled my membership. So it cost me over $200 per prescription. What a scam!!

Stay away from Done. I've been waiting for a refill FOR ONE MONTH and they only respond with form letters. They don't seem to have any concern that I have no medication. But you know what they do have? My money! Do your research. Learn about this company before you book an appointment.

I’ve been treated by DONE for almost 2 years. My provider gave terrible service for the past 6 plus months. Didn’t respond to my messages. Didn’t send prescription on time ect. Then I was told they would only fill one more month by a covering provider. They sent in my prescription and shorted me my second dose. I’ve reached out several times. I get a response that they are going to have it sent so there’s no further delays and here I am almost 10 days later with no resolution. I feel as if they really don’t care about my health. It’s so frustrating and disheartening that they can do this.

I don't feel as if the medication I was initially prescribed was quite right for me, but I was told I had to try and fail with 2 prescriptions before I could try anything else. This in itself is super problematic. The consult was definitely not long enough to properly lay a foundation for care. Done is just churning through as many $200 initial consultations as they can. I never began the medication, reached out to my clinician to let them know, multiple times, with no response. No one has made contact with me at all since receiving my prescription. 24/7 support is a lie. Additionally, Done charged me for a second month of service ($79) despite my communication I was not taking the medication, and "customer support" responded by saying they could only refund $15 max due to their "refund protocols." For the record, their refund protocol is that refunding you is at their sole discretion. Such a scam to take so much money from vulnerable people and not appropriately match them with the right medication or support.

Worst company ever. They sent my rx to the wrong STATE. Good luck getting a human on the phone. I emailed over 30 times, finally got a response that said "The pharmacy doesn't have it, let us know what you want us to do". So, I changed the pharmacy, called, checked if they had it, they do, and wrote Done. No one will send in my rx, or call me, or the pharmacy. I have been without my meds for over a week and half now. They take your money, and they DONT give you services. They also will NOT call you back, and you will never be able to get them on the phone. Honestly, stay far, far, far, away from this company. Also, watch what they will post in reply, it will be a link to schedule a call with someone who won't help you. You would think THEY would reach out to YOU. They won't.

DONE is an unethical and fraudulent company that should be shut down immediately. I received my initial prescription then was unable to get any refills despite requesting them as soon as possible and communicating with my Done. “physician”. My medication dosage was sub-therapeutic levels and my communication with my physician was a joke. This company is awful please do not use them for the help you need because they will not provide it.

Avoid this company at all costs. I am currently on day three with out my much-needed mental health medication. I missed my appointment because it was scheduled with little notice, and not alternative time was provided. I contacted my provider for a bridge refill until I could get a new appointment. All I received was a 6-word message denying my request. The soonest available appointment was in 16 days. I reached out to support; they were unhelpful. The agent even told me she had to go. It was only a 10-minute call schedule. There is no way to contact to company or a provider for emergency support.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They sell “24/7 support” but emails go unanswered. Prescriptions are sent to the wrong pharmacy and in my case, I still haven’t received the prescribed medication a week later. When you get someone (eventually) on the phone they are apathetic and don’t really seem to care about fixing any problems. Seems like a take your money and run type operation. Stay well away. Atrocious company in my experience.
