Updating my review as DONE contacted me asking to write a review and I wrote it with 5 stars and great things to say. They promised me a gift card and never sent it or replied to me after I wrote the review. This is a shameful way to get people to write reviews. Wouldn’t recommend!

charged $200 for nothing
I was charged $200 even though I cancelled my appointment over 24 hours ahead of time. I recognize that the window is technically 48hrs, but in my opinion that is still completely unreasonable. This left my in a difficult financial situation and my humble requests for a refund went completely dismissed. Then I continued to get emails from them encouraging me to sign up for an appointment.. As if I was about to drop another $200.. I'm glad this service works for some folks, but based on their customer service response, I will be pursuing a diagnosis somewhere else more ethical.

It's an absolute scam
It's an absolute scam. They take your money, you never talk to anyone, and they refuse to issue a refund. I've spent 3 weeks exchanging messages with their customer service team, it's like nobody is actually reading the messages each time they reply. I gave up dealing with them and I had to file a dispute through my Amex.

It took days for the doctor to respond…
It took days for the doctor to respond about my medication not being sent and then tells me he doesnt think i have adhd just poor time management which is insane when ive already been diagnosed and then for a follow up appointment i wait 30 minutes on zoom for my provider to never show up. You cant call them at all cause the customer service is so bad it automactically goes to voicemail and ends and then the reps on the phone lie and say its been handled and it never does i had to schedule 4 calls in a day to get no where

With Adhd medication shortage i am having to constantly find a pharmacy that has it in stock and when i do it takes 3 days for them to get back to me evertime.

DO NOT USE THIS
My appointment was cancelled by Done without my consent. The new time does not work for me, so I tried to reschedule a meeting and they asked me to pay another $99. So technically they robbed me $99 for no service.

waste of time and money
Waste of time and money. There isn't even a way to cancel membership on their site. This experience has left me frustrated and discouraged. I feel taken advantage of. I really wish I had read reviews before trying this service. Oh and they apparently can't send prescriptions to most pharmacies.

Customer service is horrendous
Their customer service is the most stubborn and least helpful I've ever dealt with. They take advantage of the very thing they treat. Impulsively signed up and canceled the appointment within 30 minutes and they were not willing to refund the $200. Unbelievable that their business thrives on the weakness of their patients, exhibiting ADHD symptoms such as impulsivity. No phone number, and takes days to respond to emails.
