Terrible!
Their customer service is subpar at best! It’s been 18 days since getting my prescription and I needed a pharmacy change due to the shortage (I was unaware of) All I’m getting is apologies from them which take 48 hours for them to even give me that. I need my records released to go to an actual office for care and they skate around that by making it briefly seem as if they are getting my prescription moved over. All of this on top of the fact it took almost 3 weeks of me reactivating my account to even get someone to attempt to get an appointment set up.
Clearly they are too busy to handle the volume of service in which they’ve taken on.

Do not seek out done first for your…
Do not seek out done first for your ADHD treatment. Things look all good in the beginning, and it seem like the primary care providers really do care. But as soon as you have an issue with medication which most everyone is going through due to the shortage of ADHD meds, They take 3 to 5 days to respond, and then when they respond, they just ask you what the issue is and then take another 3 to 5 days for reply back or for the prescription to be sent elsewhere that can fill it. There’s also an issue with trying to get an appointment at 30 days , they require you to see a provider every 30 days. But when I go to book my appointment, there’s no availability, and to get any type of response whether you call and leave a voicemail email or through the patient portal, it always takes 3 to 5 days to get a response and then another 3 to 5 days For them to hear your complaint, even though you’ve Artie emailed or left him a voicemail, so takes well over a week just to speak to someone. All messages go to their call center in India first, and it’s filtered before going to the doctor. So the likelihood of your message actually making it may never happen , or will take even longer than 3 to 5 days there are better providers elsewhere. Just not sure where, currently in the process of finding that. Most every month I’ve had to go through withdrawals and I’m on day four without medication now. This is totally avoidable, but done first has plenty of patients to not care about other patients or their needs for why they were seeking the service. I’ve been with him for two years now, and it’s enough to make anybody go insane. i’ve also have been ghosted two times when logging into zoom to speak to my provider for my monthly appointment. The last time was last Friday, was online for 2 to 3 hours, no communication is always. Finally received an email at 6 PM Friday evening, telling me I need to do another appointment since my provider ghosted me Saturday morning at 7 AM, the following morning. If I couldn’t make that appointment, I wouldn’t be seen. I made the appointment, and the provider never sent my prescription as he said which happens often. So I’m still without medication and have been for days.

While I wouldn’t label Done a “scam”…
While I wouldn’t label Done a “scam” per se, they are definitely just a slimy cash grab. You will not receive the care you are promised, that is absolutely certain. I don’t trust a single positive review. I had to consistently hunt down my own refill and often had lapses in my treatment. I had an appointment cancelled, even after a month of no treatment, with no notice. I received a letter from Walgreens stating that they conducted an investigation and would no longer fill prescriptions for my provider (who I also never actually met— nor did the nurses I zoomed). I was very happy with the results I received while on Vyvanse— but taking weeks to months off and practically begging for a refill and receiving copy/paste replies (which is what this review will also receive, ironically enough), having them cancel appointments and the only way I know is that it is just no longer showing up, and having Walgreens literally not fulfill requests from these slimy doctors… not worth it. Not worth it AT ALL.

If I could rate Done zero stars
If I could rate Done zero stars, I would. I feel taken advantage of. The one thing they excel in is marketing. Don’t take the carrot the way I did.
You will be prescribed medication that’s not approved and that you can’t afford. They will send you round and round. I’ve been waiting 20 days for an answer. I’ve reached out 5 times. Not only have I never left a bad review for a company—I will be telling everyone what a scam this company is and report my documents and experience to the BBB.

Zero stars
Zero stars. I've tried to reach out to the provider and support team. I really thought this was the answer. If anything they caused a delay in my life. They obviously don't take their responsibility seriously.

Scam Company That Does Not Care
EDIT: While my initial review and rating stands, after I posted, the customer support center reached out. The individual who assisted me was helpful in processing a refund for the months that I had been charged after canceling. While I do appreciate her assistance, she was not authorized to do anything outside of fixing the last error made, so my stance on the company as a whole has not changed. I had requested a customer support contact well before posting the review, and heard nothing back until it was posted. I also received a request to update this post since the company "helped" me. I am still out hundreds of dollars and time wasted. I started the process in January and it took until March for me to realize I would not be receiving adequate help through Done. I started over with another company in April and have received phenomenal help. There are much better resources out there. Done is not it.
As others have said, the entire process felt like a scam. I was double-charged the initial fee, and when I called to request a refund and cancel my account, they said they would refund the double charge and never canceled - instead, they continued charging me a monthly fee. I had one initial consult where I was told I needed to submit hundreds of dollars worth of extra testing before receiving a prescription. Even after submitting the extra testing results, my prescription was never released. This is when I called to cancel - please note that I am STILL being charged, and at this point, I have paid about $800 in fees and testing without ever receiving more help than a 10-minute call. Every support center interaction I have had has been a complete joke - they don't read emails and when on the phone, straight-up lie. PLEASE, DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. There are so many better services and resources out there that aren't a money grab and genuinely want to help people.

JUST DON'T DO IT! FIND & TRY ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER
I was charged once before for canceling an appointment, which I canceled immediately after and still I had to pay a $20 fee. Almost half a year later I decided to give them another try because I needed to find a replacement doctor due to relocation and I needed something online, this is when I was charged $199 and it was a horror of an experience - FIRST whole initial (and overall) website experience was very unclear, you're basically blindly making an appointment - as you can’t see a profile dashboard or anything before the initial consultation - so to start and due to this terrible user experience - I made an appointment but in the incorrect state since that wasn't even a factor I could see while choosing the date for the appointment - THEN they still managed to charge an old method of payment - which I had removed from my profile and changed to another payment method....AND finally after much trouble - having to find how to contact them I emailed them and explained after I canceled my appointment, telling them it was made in the wrong state, but by this time I had already made my appointment with One Medical so I told them I didn't need the "wrong" appointment anyways but they just emailed me back with a new appointment with a different doctor from the right state, I further explained that I just needed to cancel and a refund, their communication was very weird and delayed at this point and after calling my bank and filing a claim for the charge they only refunded me for $39.89 - I was and am still very disappointed and upset & I'm led to believe that *THEIR BUSINESS MODEL IS JUST TO RIP PEOPLE OFF. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but in this case I had to because I would like to WARN OTHERS ABOUT SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I wish I had seen the reviews of very same or similar cases and wish I would have never tried this company.

I would give a no star if I could. I have been trying to work with them for the past 3 weeks and it seems like once they have your CC information for recurring charges, they'll forget about you.
