I’ve had great results and have come further than in the past. I appreciate the care and support from my provider. Helped with more than just the ADHD, as I’ve had tremendous troubles with grief from losing several in my family and as well as friends. I was given advice as well as suggested literature. The process makes communication easy and the cost is much more affordable for me. I am very thankful that I found Done.

Done is not a perfect app and things can take a while to make happen, but compared to trying to get help through a primary care physician Done is the path of least resistance. I’d like to see quicker service but any service is better than no service so relative to other options, Done atleast works.

Leading up to the appointment it had been 3-4 months of appointments with a regular doctor providing a prescription that could not be filled. This process was not only convinent, it was reliable

I got my first month’s worth of adderall through the mail and felt good, my only problem is that I haven’t received my second month’s bottle. I wanted to move it to a pharmacy so they asked me to ask around in my town to see if they had any Adderall in stock and if they worked with telehealth companies and I never responded saying that I found a pharmacy that I wanted to work with and they chose for me. And now that I want to move it back to Mail they haven’t answered me. I know there’s a shortage so i’m trying to be understanding but they could at least answer my messages. EDIT: They did get back to me and I’ve got my months supply of medication now. The phone customer service is very kind and got me the help I needed.

Started out well, a few issues with getting the prescription filled at my local Walgreens. Seems that it wasn't in stock and had to be filled out of Chicago. Hoping the refill is quicker next month. Overall it is going good, I think that it will take some time to find what works best for me.
