There are so many streams/channels of communication, but somehow you're never able to speak to someone? They direct you to a call center in the Philippines where you speak to someone who passes you around for a while, I'm communicating to multiple people on multiple email addresses, don't hear from my actual provider for weeks. Cannot get a refill. When I was trying to book my initial appointment, I kept getting assigned to the SAME provider who either no showed or cancelled my appointment at the last minute 3 days in a row. I had to request to be assigned to a new provider.

It is easy to use, but the $79 per month is a bit of a scam. I didn't want to go though the time and hassle of finding a real doctor but this should be a small yearly fee or go through insurance like a real doctor. In a pinch it is useful but I'm looking to replace it with a traditional provider asap.

I'm not able to fulfill the prescription because none of my local pharmacies except online prescriptions. My contact is done support but they don't seem to care.

Everything was fine until it wasn’t! Reactivated my account and had to change states, then change back to a new provider. Once I changed back, I received no response from the new provider. After a couple weeks, I got upset and eventually they told me they’d give me a refund with no explanation. After this, I got continual emails asking me if I’d like to sign back up which I thought was rude because all I ever wanted was my prescription sent in and to schedule an appointment. I signed back up, received a response saying I needed to schedule an appointment which I was blocked from doing, and then they automatically sent me another refund without saying anything. Isn’t that weird?

I’ve been with Done for nearly a year now. No issues at all until recently. Sent my prescription renewal in like I do each month. I send it over early as I know it can take a few days sometimes. Well it’s been almost 2 weeks now, and nothing from my provider. I have reached out to the care team numerous times. Told they’re looking into it and will respond in 24 hours. That time has passed, sent another message, again the same response except this time I was given a link to schedule a call. I scheduled my call, and no call was made to me. I came here, found the link for the urgent care team to schedule a call, guess what, no call again. I am going on 2 days without medication, and no one feels this is an urgent matter. If done felt this was urgent they would resolve these issues quickly. You can’t have people go without medication cold turkey like this.

This is probably the last time I sign up for a company without coming here first. Done First is very open to communicate with you at first, to get the initial appt/eval and it goes downhill from there. The clinician I was evaluated by... Wasn't that promising with online reviews but I thought it is ADHD how bad can it be: they inaccurately evaluated family cardiac history (a parent with hypertension is NOT relevant cardiac hx) wowzers. So down the non-stimulant route I went... At 18 mg... Later online I find out for an adult, 40 mg would be an appropriate start for my weight... And THEN the pharmacy nightmare began they couldn't send the Rx to any Pharmacy except WALGREENS which priced it like (no lie) 10x more expensive then any other pharmacy... Hmmm citing a partnership. And I got smarter than them and had Walgreens send it to another pharmacy and used Good Rx. Fine. That was my workaround but then (after the first month and 2nd refill) they failed to contact me for a refill (after creating the expectation they would). HONESTLY for $79/month... You would think they would do at least that! They don't. They want your money and they don't honestly deserve it. Now, they responsive to try to keep my money but not to give me a refund after failing to give service. Very bad decision. I'm sure it works for some but I think they set me up for a bad medical starting point and were going to waste my time and money until I found the "right dose". There are way better alternatives, like even AMAZON PHARMACY, and REDBOX RX much better prices and transparent bc you will get the medication prescribed from their Pharmacies (not a shady partnership that excludes 99% of pharmacies, that CAN accept the script anyways, as I proved it could). Avoid

I got prescribed medication today and my pharmacy does not accept my insurance. I didn’t know this until I went to the pharmacy and they told me. I’m trying to have my prescription sent to another place but it is impossible to get a hold of anyone at done. This is ridiculous and have thus far not had a good experience
