I've only been using Done for less than a month but I couldnt be more pleased. Quick appointment, they worked with my insurance and pharmacist to get all the stuff straightened out through my insurance for my prescription.

Easy to use, fast and medication is working!

They seem to be on top of it when I have a question or need my prescription called in. My doctor is great. No complaints.

Not only is my Doctor the most knowledgeable, patient, and understanding doctor that I’ve ever had but he actually listened and cared about helping me get better. All the staff that I’ve spoken too, have been very helpful and kind. Becoming a patient here has been the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s also super convenient and easy with my busy schedule as well! Being able to do the Zoom meetings, instead of having to take time off work to go to my appointments.

Happy to see we have an app now. Same functionality as in the web browser so I’m happy with it.

I’m so happy I was referred to Done. I needed a more practical way of getting my prescription at my convenience, without breaking the bank. Done made sure that I had a seamless transition to getting my prescription through them and I am able to easily renew it without any hassle.

I tried Done because ADHD runs in my family, but when I was young it wasn’t a diagnosis so I have had to struggle with it my whole life. When I would seek help because the struggle was too difficult I would be given antidepressants, which never addressed my ADHD symptoms, but at least I didn’t care that things were hard. So I am glad that I found Done. I have had no trouble at all with this process. The initial fee of $189 is a pretty standard new patient intake fee. The $79 monthly charge covers ALL consults I have had with my practioner. She is responsive and caring. No, the monthly visit fee doesn’t include the cost of my meds, but that is just like a brick and mortar doctor visit. I do have to see my family doctor IN PERSON at some point soon because this medication is a controlled substance and there must be a live visit on my healthcare record, which is also standard healthcare practice. No problem, I can do that. I have had no issues nor complaints with Done so far. I have not experienced any “scam” traits with them either. I am grateful that they understand my struggle and that there is help available at this late in my life so maybe I can enjoy the next 48 years instead of struggling with my symptoms.
