Avoid this company at all costs!
I used this company for about two and a half years for my ADHD medication, and it was mostly a nightmare. Nearly every month, my provider would tell me that my prescription had been sent to my pharmacy. I would go to the pharmacy only to learn that my prescription had not actually been sent to my pharmacy. When I contacted Done about this, it usually took about three days to straighten the issue out, which meant that I had to go three days without my medication. And this same process would repeat the next month, and the next month, and the next month. During the 30 months or so that I used Done for my medication, there were issues with them sending my prescription to the pharmacy at least 50% of the time. At some point, my provider stopped responding to my requests for a refill. After a little more than a week, I finally got a hold of someone at Done, who told me that "my provider was no longer with the company." Basically, my provider left the company, and Done never got around to assigning me to a new provider. This sort of thing is unacceptable, especially when it comes to medical care. I was eventually assigned a new provider. This woman was an absolute nightmare. She was incredibly rude. When I attempted to discuss my medication dosage with her, she told me that she would not change my medication dosage and told me that my only option was to continue taking adderall 20mg--this was not even the medication that I was prescribed! She then bizarrely ended the video appointment by saying, "Okay. Bye." This was it for me. I found a new provider locally and actually save money. Done really isn't the bargain it seems to be, especially when you consider how unreliable their service can be. Predictably, Done made canceling the service difficult. I placed my "membership" on pause while searching for a new provider. When I attempted to cancel my membership, Done would not allow me to cancel because my membership was paused. But I could not unpause my membership without incurring the monthly "membership" fee. I guess I should have expected that Done would have screw me out $79 for trying to leave. It was a fitting end to my terrible experience with Done. Anyone considering Done for ADHD treatment should look elsewhere. The DEA is already investigating Done for its questionable prescription practices, and the Covid-era rules allowing providers to prescribe controlled substances without in-person appointments is ending (it's unclear whether it will be temporarily extended). I doubt Done will be around much longer. My experience with Done is especially frustrating because I am a big believer in telehealth. It saddens me that Done's careless business practices have set the industry back several years. Don't be swayed by Done's three star average--Done's customer service agents flag negative reviews. When that happens, TrustPilot asks the reviewer to offer some proof that the reviewer actually used Done's services. If the reviewer does not provide that proof within a few days, the negative review is removed from the site. I'm guessing that many negative reviewers don't bother providing that proof. Please take my advice, avoid Done at all costs! Find a reputable provider that you can depend on. If you search around the internet, you will see that there are many cost-effective options out there.
