Done has a policy that your provider will answer within 72 hours. This was never the case, as they were super quick with responses especially when it came to issues with prescription limitations from global shortages. My Dr. Worked with me throughout the entire process to make sure I continued my treatment as prescribed. I would recommend Done and Dr. Benedicta to anyone who is seeking treatment.

I hard à hard time navigating the process in the beginning, but the DONE team helped me connect with a doctor that was able to help me and provide the support I needed. I had just moved and didn’t know where to go, and didn’t have insurance, and almost gave up, but the support team was thorough and easy to contact. I really wanted a human to talk to on the phone - especially when the emails weren’t getting anywhere - but eventually we solved the issues and my treatment was able to proceed. My doctor is amazing, always quick with responses and helpful if I need any adjustments or if I have any questions. It is difficult to get the prescription filled due to shortages, but I finally located a pharmacist, and DONE even changed the pharmacy for me several times until I found a consistent supplier.

Amazing service for those of us who struggle with time to get everything done, to maintain focus, and have a more fulfilling life due to our symptoms. Great staff, easy process, and assistance with medication management it’s 100% best thing I’ve ever done.

I have had no problems. I saw that big box pharmacies don’t fill the prescriptions, so I went with a different pharmacy. No problems with medications. I know there are shortages so I plan for refills at least 2 weeks in advance. Everyone I have contacted has been helpful. Just read the FAQ and you shouldn’t have any problems!

I did a lot of research online. My biggest fear was connecting up to a "Canadian "pharmacy that was actually in some other country that was not legally authorized to sell medication or sold fake medication. However, I looked into done, and it was very easy to set up an appointment. I went in person to my appointment and had a great conversation as well as learned a lot about ADHD and the chemical process behind it. They had me fill out a long questionnaire to help identify if I actually had ADHD, or it was merely the side effect or some previous trauma. We started on a low-dose to test my tolerance and increased it after the first month. So far everything has been going very well. Whenever I have questions they get back to me right away.
