MALPRACTICE!!! WARNING!!!!
I signed up 2 months ago with Done. I was told I have ADHD and Bipolar 1. I was treated for both. I came back to get a refill on meds and they told me they were going to deactivate my account because they do not treat bipolar after placing me on meds. I am now going to withdraw from serious antipsychotics. Which can place me in the hospital. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THEM. I will be looking to sue for malpractice.

Donefirst deleting honest reviews
I paid over $100 to start a membership and set up a session for a clinical assessment with a provider. My provider told me that from the results, my symptoms match more with Bipolar Disorder than ADHD. Because Done's services doesn't cover BD, I was advised by my provider to cancel my monthly subscription and seek help elsewhere. Come to find out, despite what their page's broken portal says in the help option- there is no option to cancel your membership, only edit your card info. I've found other reviewers saying they were scammed of monthly payments too despite wanting to end their services with donefirst and I wish I would've seen them sooner. Even though deleting account guarantees erasure of your medical history with them, I'm certain I will never come back to Donefirst or recommend this site to anyone.

Done is a scam
Done is a scam. I made and paid for an appointment. 10 minutes before the appointment the provider cancelled the appointment without any info as to why. Then they made a new appointment without contact me to see if I was available on the date/time they scheduled it. I immediately contacted them and said I didn’t make the 2nd appointment and I’m not available at that time. They ignored all my emails and then refused to refund my $200 because they called it a “no-show” for an appointment I didn’t even schedule and tried for a week to cancel. Save your $, this place is terrible

What a mental health joke.
It seems no matter what you type in this review box, the company in question auto replys with a generic " We work hard to resolve issues message" it's nonsense. I've gone over 50 days without my prescription. On average it takes 9 to 12 days for a response on the website. If you schedule a call they just apologize and nothing gets done. Donefirst is nothing short of a perverse representation of care.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Circle Medical makes Done first look like Done Last because they take 72 hours to even respond and if they do except another 24 to 48 hours of them interpreting the wrong information. Waste of money expect to be extremely frustrated and have your appointment disappear out of thin air.

THIEVES! These people have multiple umbrella companies to keep themselves safe. This is the only reason they're still in business they WILL steal your money. Just go to a real doctor. This is a bs response. Can't wait to see these clowns get shutdown.

BAD refill gaps
I’ve been requesting my refill for ten days now. I keep got the reply “your doctor will contact you in three days” THREE TIMES now with no explanation

Stay away from Donefirst!
Done first cancelled my appointment, due to insufficient funds, yet still charged me $200 and they will not refund my money! They are incredibly difficult to get ahold of as well. Stay away!!!
