Done is possibly the worst option you can use if you are seeking treatment for ADHD. The support team is incredibly inept at answering emails (they don't offer a phone line), the HCPs are apathetic at best (usually they're outright rude), and it's an absolute goose-chase to find a pharmacist who will fill scripts since Done been blacklisted from virtually every major pharmacy. Ironically the worst part about working with Done is probably the simplest to fix...providers take FOREVER to respond, a minimum of three business days but communication delays going beyond a week are not uncommon, not to mention the times they've outright ignored my messages. If you're trying to treat your ADHD, you need to find someone who is dependable. There are few things worse than being on a prescription for x-amount of months, and then having some hiccup go unresolved for weeks leaving you dealing with withdrawals and erasing whatever progress you've made.

If I could give them a zero, I would. First off, several pharmacies have stopped working with them so finding one that does is difficult. Second the lag time in response from your provider is listed as up to 3 days but I've waited upwards of a week before getting responses and the interface to chat with your provider and care team is not well developed, messages constantly disappear from the chat log so you dont have a record of it. Then there's the constant issue of them sending the wrong prescription to the wrong pharmacies. I'm not sure if this is due to carelessness from the "care" team or a tech glitch but given this is a company that is suppose to be "medical" it is not professional at all. One upside is I've had a good experience with one provider on this service but you never keep your same provider, I've been shuffled through the hands of 3 different providers over the course of 3 months due to scheduling conflicts and each have given me a different prescription so it's never consistent. Do not expect refills to be simple or prompt either, I usually have about a week without medication before my prescription is finally sent out. They are bribing their customers by reaching out and offering a $25 gift card for a review on here which I believe only proves how sh** this company is. (I'm not taking that deal bc I have NOTHING good to say) ***Adding on here to note that Done customer service finally reached back out to me after I posted this review and ended up sending another wrong script into my pharmacy. Afterwards they requested I take down my trustpilot review. I won't do that and a $25 bribe won't change my opinion on this damaged company. Check the Better Business Bureau and you'll see Done has an F rating with more honest reviews. I really wish I had checked BBB before I started on this horrible journey. If you're looking for a help, look elsewhere.

My provider ghosted me after asking to switch my pharmacy and asking for a simple update. I have written more than 10 times/messages to see if anyone can help me, but they just keep taking my money. Their “care team” doesn’t do anything to resolve the issue, they just send you messages saying they’re going to “work on it” to “resolve the issue”. There is no direct line I can call to talk DONE either. It’s always some “care team” that has no idea what is going on and are only there to listen instead of resolving anything. Almost 2 months later, I have yet to receive ANY response from my provider. I had to switch to my previous provider that is NOT with DONE to get my medication. Complete garbage for anyone seeking any ADHD service because their lack of care and concern for their patients is abysmal. If I would have relied on getting a response for care, I would never have gotten my medication. I hope they get shut down and sued.

I began using Done in January 2023. The first few appointments were great. I really liked my prescriber. The second month's appointment was met with technical difficulties as the appointment link did not work and Done has no way to contact anyone. Luckily, my prescriber called me instead. The third month, I didn't have an appointment and my prescriber sent my prescription in for refill. This is where my issues begin. I had my Adderall prescription filled at my normal pharmacy, but the manufacturer of the generic version had changed from the manufacturer I had the first two months. This caused uncomfortable/unusual side effects on the first day of taking the medication. I reached out the pharmacist and my prescriber. At that time, I found out my prescriber was leaving the company. With that, I never received a response. I reached out to Done customer support. It took about 7-8 business days to get a reply that was not automated. When I finally received a response, they simply stated that my prescriber was not available, which goes without saying because at this point, she had left the company. This reply was on May 3rd, the prescriber left on April 30th, and I originally sent a message to the prescriber on April 27th. On May 5th, I received an email for an in-person appointment in a neighboring state with a list of available dates. I responded on May 15th (I had COVID) confirming availability for May 23rd. I never received a response. I've since stopped taking the medication since I have no oversight. On May 23rd, I reached back out to customer service letting them know that I was not satisfied and requested a refund. I received a response on May 25th asking if a 2-month payment extension would be helpful. I didn't get back to them until today (currently untreated for ADHD), June 6th, but that ticket was closed on May 28th. I am contacting the DEA and FTC to see if there is somewhere a formal complaint should be placed. They are facilitating services to for schedule II narcotics with lax oversight.

Advertisement Claimed to guarantee a prescription for Adderall online. After completing the enrollment I was told the first visit had to be in person with the Dr. Keep in mind this entire service is supposed to be designed to help people with ADHD- a mental disorder that greatly impairs the ability of an individual to function and keep up with schedules,etc. So I was told if I paid $199 upfront I could see a Dr the next day(again with the promise of receiving a prescription for Adderall (so long as I had a history which I do). The only Dr was 2 1/2 hrs away from me and I was told if I was late my appointment would be cancelled with no refund. I drove in the rain like a madwoman, because of course I was running late- I have severe ADHD! I made it in time anyway but was blown away when I walked in and no one even asked for an ID they just sent me to a room with a laptop to see a Dr. VIA SKYPE!! He did say I was one of the worst cases he had seen in his years of practicing medicine, but said he was unable to prescribe the medication I was promised because of nationwide shortages. He instead gave me a prescription for Strattera which I explained I have used and didn’t work in the past. He said he wanted me to try again and I reluctantly agreed. I was told I could chat back and forth and if it worked I could continue getting the prescription and I could set up counseling. I was also told originally I could be reimbursed by my insurance for the initial charge, then after the appointment was told Medicaid didn’t reimburse. I was extremely disappointed and after trying the Strattera (again) I was however unaware until the following month that I would be charged $79/mo. To continue to send refills to my pharmacy. I had not asked for a refill as I still have some of the first prescription because it was NOT THE MEDICINE I WAS GUARANTEED TO RECEIVE. I sent text messages, emails, tried to call any numbers they had but no one answers they say they will call but never do. I had paid through CashApp and disputed through them but they are no help either and said I must deal with the merchant. I couldn’t figure out how to do so and with a billion other things I can already barely remember to do, this feels like they are targeting people with a mental disorder to take advantage and rip off! I’ve now been charged $400 plus roughly $50 in gas, plus the day I took off work and the time I’ve spent trying to undo this and have had fees because they have messed up my finances. They should be ashamed! My fiancée finally was able to help me today when he saw me crying over it. He was able to get into an account I had forgotten existed and find the one way they allow cancellation. There it says no refunds even if services are not used! That’s obviously their goal and it’s manipulation of the mentally ill and there has to be a law against it!

I requested a refill of my prescribed medication as instructed when it was time, then I waited 3 business days for the request to be filled as the online portal requests, and I have not heard back for more than triple that time. As of today, I have been without my medication for two weeks. And I followed up one additional time 3 days ago, and I’m currently still waiting in hopes that I hear back soon. I’m not sure what the disconnect is, but this unfortunately is not a reliable provider in my experience. I will be looking for care elsewhere.

Done is running an extremely shady operation, which has Class Actions and DOJ investigations occurring. Unbeknownst to us prior to requesting an appointment, they waited until the 48 hour 'non-refundable' window to occur before advising us they were not capitated with any major pharmacies you would have access to. They then charged us $189 (out of the $199 according to them) erroneously, and even according to their submission, out of further error, as we were only supposed to be charged $99 only AFTER the appointment occurred. The appointment was attempted to be cancelled SEVERAL times, and we were met with a follow-up about the appointment upcoming. You can reach no one live at all, they provide you with a live chat link that is invalid, none of their phone numbers work, and you receive ambiguous responses from customer support which beg you to choose a free membership with them versus a refund, likely due to all of the aforementioned issues likely causing them financial turmoil.

I don't understand how places like this still are actively able to prescribe medication to people. Not only did my doctor at Done (Dr. Jared Carbon) miss write my prescription two time. Yes 2 separate times. I could not get ahold of anyone at done to help with my issue. I quickly did everything I could to drop them. It was extremely hard to even get ahold of someone to ask to stop using there services. I finally did get ahold of the people who have to call you once you request some bs time that they never can meet. That's not even the end of it with these people. I went and found a local dr. Spent 2 months with them and one day I got home and my wife says she saw a payment drafted from Done. I looked at my records and saw that they have been charging my account and taking money from me for no services provided after I requested to be completely DONE with them months prior! Now they won't even refund a dime of my money back. I need help here on who I can bring this too so I can get my hard earned money back. I am a Marine Veteran who does suffer with problems and to come back to my home country and seek help and confidence from the people I risked my life for and they steal from me...
