I had a pretty good experience until I tried to cancel.
Update 9/4/23: trying to cancel the service as I no longer can afford it plus I've found a provider that takes my insurance. They're giving me the runaround and claiming that they will have to talk to their billing team to "see what options are available". The FAQ on your website says that I should be able to cancel in the portal, but they've shut off my access. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general, BBB, and my credit card company. Do not use this service.
I had a pretty good experience so far with this service. I was able to schedule my call within a few days of signing up, and was able to get my prescription same day. I recently moved, and Done has been very helpful in getting me back on my meds, especially considering the ongoing Adderall shortages. Overall, I would recommend Done. I will let you know if anything changes.

I think I've only been able to make an appointment on roughly half the months I've paid for (just under a year). Communication is terrible both from done and the providers I've occasionally been able to see.

Unethical and Dangerous
This company started out great but has gone downhill.
I was supposed to have an appointment with my provider on June 5th. We had scheduled this appointment back in March. On June 5th, there was no link my portal to attend the appointment and I received no replies to my messages/emails regarding this.
When the provider messaged me back days later, she said the care team did not actually schedule the appointment after we met back in March. She said we could meet on July 17th and I am assuming that the care team did not do their job again since my portal now says that my appointment is on August 7th.
Then because of her care team's inability to do their job, she paused my treatment and refilled my meds for just a few days worth and told me to STOP taking them. I've been on these meds for years and have been doing well. I shouldn't just have to stop taking them because her care team is lazy. It's also medically dangerous to stop these medications so abruptly. She REFUSES to provide me with any medical advice regarding this. This is DANGEROUS.
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, the attorney general's office, and the board of Nursing regarding this situation unless it is resolved. This is unethical and dangerous.

DONT DO IT!!
DONT DO IT!!! THIS IS A STRAIGHT UP SCAM!!! This is how my experience started off… (FIRST) I had to pay ($10-$15) to make an appointment on line. Few minutes later I got an email that said “your transaction didn’t go thru, need to apply again”. I applied again only to realize the first transaction actually did go thru….so I was CHARGED TWICE ($20-$30)!!! And everything is done on line so it’s hard to talk to someone.
(SECOND) the NURSE they sent me to was an hour away. Not only did I not get any ADHD help but some other pill called “Qelbree” was prescribed to me instead. I googled this medication for ADHD and from a rating of 1-10 it’s rating is “3”!!! They are large horse pills! She gave me a suitcase of them with no discretion! No bag or anything. I felt silly leaving their office with this huge colorful box of pills for all to see. I knew I was defeated. The pills didn’t do anything but make me nervous because of the bogus scam.
(THIRD) Woke up this morning to find out they are now charging me $80 a month!!!! For what???? Just got off the phone with my bank and had to get a new debit card to stop them from charging me because AGAIN, there is no one to talk too! PLEASE LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE! THIS IS A SCAM!!!

I updated my payment method and I’m…
I updated my payment method and I’m getting messages saying I’m no longer a member? No one will answer me. What’s new? Also, there were about 2-3 months where I had no service but never received a refund. But this is typical. This company is so disorganized, it’s embarrassing.

Great experience/no issues first few months, then complete 180 - unreliable, no honest answers, continues to charge monthly subscription but won't submit my prescription correctly.
I originally left a really glowing, positive 5 star review because I had a really good experience with Done. for the first 4-5 months of using their service. They then requested that I submit a review, which I did, and then my experience when downhill completely.
Edit 7/25/2023: (TL;DR - great service initially, then won't communicate with pharmacy or send prescription correctly after contacting them repeatedly; no clear answers, dismissive customer service; continue to charge monthly subscription fee although they initially said they wouldn't charge if I couldn't get my prescription)
I had a really good experience with Done. up until literally right after I posted my review on June 19th, 2023. Prior to this date, I never had any issues with my prescription being renewed or sent to the pharmacy correctly.
Last month around 6/15 I requested my refill and they responded a few days later saying they sent the renewal to my pharmacy. My pharmacy usually calls me to let me know when my prescription is ready or if there will be some wait time due to them being out of the medication, but I hadn't heard from them after about a week, so I called. They said they received the renewal prescription but the script was incomplete, they were just missing some required info. They said they had been trying to call the prescriber but can't get a hold of anyone.
So I email my "care team" and they said they would have the "pharmacy team" look into it. Eventually, two weeks after sending the incomplete prescription renewal, they sent another one. I waited a few days and hadn't heard from my pharmacy, so I called them again. They said they were still having the same issue - the prescription wasn't complete. They need the prescription to list the amount of pills in numerical form, i.e., "30" and written out, like "thirty" and that was the only issue. They said they still couldn't get ahold of my prescriber and that if I'm able to, I should try reaching out.
So I reached out again. They had already sent me a "problem resolved" email at this point and I replied and said it wasn't quite resolved yet. They apologized for the delays and said that their "pharmacy team" is still working on it.
It has been almost a month and a half since I requested that renewal and I've reached out multiple times. I'm not rude when I email, I just want some sort of answer as to why it's not getting submitted correctly and why it's taking so long. It had never been an issue before and all of a sudden, this is an issue?
I only left a review on trust pilot because they asked if I would consider leaving a review...so I did... and now this? Is it weird timing or is this what they do? Have really good customer service for a few months to get good reviews and then just give up but keep charging their patients. Is it a staffing issue or something? I just want a direct answer.
On top of all that, when I originally signed up for this service, they told me that if there are any months where you aren't able to get your prescription, you wouldn't have to pay the monthly subscription fee. It seems like they've also changed this policy because they have continued to charge me. When I asked if I would be refunded, they didn't respond.
I'm just really frustrated and I don't understand what the issue is. The pharmacist says it's not a complicated issue; they just need to resend the prescription with complete information. I would appreciate it if they could just tell me it's not going to get done rather than stringing me along like this and charging me for services they aren't rendering. The medication has helped me a lot, especially at work and going without it for the last month and a half has reminded me of how much of a struggle I had before being medicated for this disorder.
Anyways, I'm super disappointed. My monthly subscription fee is currently pending and unless they do another 180, I'll probably end up canceling and just go to my primary care. Huge bummer, overall.

No refills since February, no doctors in Oregon
I have pretty much been trying to get my prescription filled and an appointment since April. My last refill was in February. They have been telling me there are no available appointments, and then a few weeks ago they told me they don’t have any providers in Oregon. Then when I talked to someone yesterday they said they are putting me on another waitlist. Can you imagine your doctor telling you for three months that they have no available appointments and that you are on a waitlist to be seen? Especially a mental health doctor? It’s incredibly negligent. I really don’t want to have to pay another huge sign up fee with another company, and frankly I shouldn’t have to.

Done First is a scam. Do NOT use!
Done First has taken advantage of many, but I still decided to give them a chance. As I am sitting here writing my review, almost a week without medication and feeling very sick, I decided to take the next steps and report their unprofessional practices. They failed to change my medication dosage, they failed to fill my prescription, and they are completely ignoring my urgent messages. Do NOT do not sign up for this. They don't forget to charge you monthly but they won't respond to messages and they will not refill my meds!
