avoid if possible it ends up costing more time and money than going to a PCP (even without insurance). practitioners work part time so getting a reply takes forever, and when you do it isn't helpful.

I paid for May. Needed a refil right after payment. Tried to get my refil several times. No one contacted me back. I finally called and they said I needed a follow up and “the website should have prompted you” but it didn’t. They said they had me set for a follow up. I get the call and it’s a foreign man asking me why I called. He called me. I told him it was for my follow up. He said they couldn’t do that until July. He offered me a “free month”. A month if being on a waitlist. After already waiting for my refill. I asked for a refund of May. Not only did I not get a refund, they still charged me for my “free month”. So now I’m out $190 and no contact has been made by the consign. HORRIBLE customer service. This company clearly bit off more then they can chew.

My provider no called and no showed today. Without notice! I have called Done's official support number twice, I've texted the number, and I've emailed their support three times. STILL NO RESPONSE. I am the one with the condition not the company. You guys really have no excuse for ghosting me today. This comes after Done Support has also been late to their scheduled calls (an average lateness of about 7 minutes). Multiple times on these calls, I've tried to make it clear to their OFFSHORED/OUTSOURCED support staff but they do not seem to understand what ADHD is. They do not respect your time and do not understand that as a business providing a service they need to be punctual. This service puts the majority of responsibility for scheduling appts and following up ON the patient because they are not reputable enough to hire psychiatrists. Through Done you will only be able to see an MHPN or however the acronym goes. This is not a business conducting itself in good faith and they do not want to help people with ADHD. They want to make $$$.

This service is unreliable and misleading. It has negativity impacted my wife's mental health. There advertised price is not actually what we have been charged. They say it is due to CA laws, that would have been nice to know up front. Instead of a "BTW, we're going to charge you an additional $800". There is no way to call them directly, and setting up a phone appointment using there website after the service has started is very flaky when support is needed.

They charge you $70 a month and their subscription is absolute dog s $hit. I have gone months and weeks waiting to get my script filled. Then they say sent the script and thr pharmacy never receives the script.

You should be allowed to give zero stars. This company is a scam taking advantage of the terrifyingly broken American healthcare system. They’ll take your money and neglect to provide timely care. They’ll get you started on a medication and then neglect to refill or change the dosage in a timely manner to avoid gaps in treatment. This is people’s mental health they’re messing with. This is dangerous. You can’t claim to manage medications that affect the way people’s brains function and then neglect to provide the appropriate followup care to ensure they are safe. This is negligent malpractice and could very likely cause people to hurt themselves, particularly within the demographic they target (young, uninsured people dealing with sometimes serious mental health issues). I’m surprised this company is still allowed to operate. Their licensing should be revoked.

DoneFirst(DoneADHD) advertised to me for I don't know how long on Instagram. Seemed like would be able to get an appointment quickly, get medication management refills for my meds I've been taking for 10+yrs. Nope, first appointment is almost a month out. Went to reschedule and it pushed it even further out. No support communication, no way to call them. Pretty terrible service thus far.

Do not use this terrible company!!!! I’ve had so many issues with them it’s so sad! Several times they’ve waited days to send my prescription and then the pharmacy is out and so I have to change to a different pharmacy and it will take 10-20 days!!! Not hours, days for them to send in the prescription to the new pharmacy! Their customer service is awful! They don’t care about their patients!
