They get the job done but have some serious customer service issues. Very slow response time and not very helpful. The whole key to their service is getting a good doctor. If the Dr you get is not responsible and helpful, the service is useless. If you’re willing to pay, Done can be worth it.

Updated on 5/18/23: Since posting on Trust Pilot I was able to get all of my problems resolved. I'll continue to monitor the situation and post updates for those interested. Original review on 5/1/23: Horrible customer service. I have been trying to speak with my doctor for a week now and am unable to get an appointment. I stopped taking my meds a week ago due to bad side effects and have been desperately trying to get in touch with them so I can try a different med. I feel completely taken advantage of and abandoned as a patient. I'm not sure how this is even legal. They have plenty of availability and respond right away when they take the first $200 appointment fee from you. If I could give them 0 stars I would. PLEASE save your money and go to a reputable doctor. They are clearly only in this for money and do not care about their patients.

All fees for months of no service were returned after persistent follow-up from the caring customer service representative. Thank you for taking the time to follow up with me regarding this concern. I wish that what seemed common sense to me, from a customer service perspective, didn't take a review like this to accomplish, but I am glad that they did the right thing in the end. The remedy for this would be for the Done Providers to have a customer service rep manage care of patient accounts when we move out of the Done service area, making sure we avoid fees. I was using Done and could not get my medication in a timely manner because the physical address of my provider was in a different state than the one where he was licensed and providing care for me. The pharmacies required that I personally go through intricate steps to get the providers to verify the prescriptions which was ridiculous considering the condition being treated. In January of 2023, I notified Done that I was moving to another state. They replied that they do not provide care in my new state. I said I would find another provider. They continued to bill me although they knew they couldn’t provide care for me. When I discovered they were still billing me and asked them to refund the monthly rate back to the month I informed them I was moving, they refunded only the last month they billed and they still owe me for three months. When I asked again, their answer was that “Due to our policy we won’t be refunding you the remaining months”… The policy states: “We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion.” So, they just don’t want to return the $225 they charged for services not rendered, the money I need for food, etc. This should be illegal, especially for a company managing patient care for those with ADA-protected disabilities.

Update: they was able to assign me to someone else and get my prescription situated with the pharmacy. I was told one thing about the prescription I was going to be prescribed. That was messed up and still has not been fixed correctly. I keep being told my prescription has been sent to the pharmacy yet when I call them they haven't received it at all. There is no number to call to get this issue resolved everything in email and takes days to get an answer. What did I pay for?

I didn't believe these reviews, but it seems it's true. My prescription was written incorrectly as 10mg twice a day and only a 30 day supply of tablets. I tried calling the urgent line and sending a message, but no one has responded and I can't get my medication. This is unacceptable and someone needs to hold this company responsible. Very unsatisfied customer. Telling me to call an urgent line I already called and spoke to is not a solution. Just saying. Hopefully, something is DONE to resolve the issue. ***They now responded saying my provider would be notified of my request. Stay tuned to see whether something gets done They responded and filled my prescription correctly. It shouldn't take a bad review to get things resolved but I'm glad they did something. BELOW FOR UPDATES. Done with Done. I renewed my prescription in advance in which they told me it may take up to 3 days. It’s now been a week, I contacted support which is at least a day out to chat with someone (they link out to their UrgentLine url) and they said they would get it resolved. It still has not been resolved, I haven’t gotten an update, and they’ve put me in a loophole by providing the same UrgentLine url. They charged me the $80 on the 1st and yet have been so unresponsive and haven’t taken any action in renewing my prescription. Stay away from Done. • UPDATE: The best they can do right now is delay my next payment date by 2 weeks. Zero update on my prescription renewal. • UPDATE 2: Alfa from Call Support resolved everything. She was on top of getting me a new care counselor, and checked in daily with updates. The only reason I’m sticking with DoneFirst (for now) is because of the help from Alfa. If you’re waiting on a prescription renewal, count on it being closer to at least 2 weeks compared to the 3 days stated on the portal.

Honestly, every month is a hassle to get my prescription refilled. There is a such delay and the wait from the provider is extremely long. Sometimes the “treatment plan” doesn’t reflect what is spoken about with the provider. For paying a monthly fee you’d think there would be a faster process.
