This company is more concerned about a few pennies than building client relationships. Lost hundreds maybe thousands from my subscription to keep maybe $100.
I had a subscription, but my wife had an intake appointment and ultimately got denied to blood pressure. Ok that's fine. Until....
Well my done subscription comes out. Then seems like all of a sudden it did again. Turns out this company signed her up after denial and was drafting my account as well... After going around and around with them. They gave us back $15 because "we should have been more responsible". Ummmm, no thank you.
Lost my business for life. Don't deal with them. Find somebody who uses psychiatrists in your country and not outsourcing. I'm seeing more and more people complaining about this company and their non-billing grievances are similar to mine as well..
Im DONE with done. There are better companies. Run...

Whats important for people to know:
This is the second review I’m leaving for done. Im giving a two star for the mere fact that there is no clear or accessible communication with a psychiatric provider, and no communication with any representative in the waiting time of a consultation. I sent a prescription renewal a week ago, after which I was sent a *direct* confirmation of my request to my phone. They day it takes 3 business days to process, so I had no immediate expectations. I was sent another *direct* text message right now, 6 days later, about a scheduled appointment with a completely new provider for the morning of Thanksgiving (a holiday). When I investigated further as to why this appointment was made without my consent or knowing, I had to look into a discrete messaging board on their online profile saying that my prescription renewal could not be processed until I had a “follow-up”.
Just to be clear, I had been working closely with a DONE provider from June- September, trying to get myself on a new medication (the provider I attribute my second star to because she was great) . Not only did DONE change my provider without notice, I had already had TWO follow ups in August and September for the medication I’ve been taking, which has been a good fit.
It makes sense that companies need to be careful about prescribing narcotics, but I have one more pill for tomorrow and I can’t get any appointments or communication until Thanksgiving, a national holiday. Which means I probably wont be able to pick up my pills until the following Monday. Yet I’ve already paid my DONE subscription for the month.
Im not sure what more there was to follow-up on; my understanding was that I was supposed to reach out to the provider if something wasn’t working.
So in total: no consent on switching my provider, no consent on scheduling an appointment for me (on a holiday), no direct communication that my prescription was never renewed, no medication for (at least) another week, which I am reliant upon, and no one accessible to communicate with until that time.
For such a costly membership, maybe consider finding a psychiatrist that will schedule appointments in advance, or at least consult you about the appointment, that will communicate expectations with you directly, and that wont withhold your accessibility to a medication without a back up plan or support to boot.

Experience
I feel scammed. Yesterday at 10:21 PM, I scheduled an appointment, then I canceled at 10:49 PM. The time interval between signing up and canceling was a mere twenty-five minutes. I sent two emails and made two direct messages on the website. I'm not sure how to go about getting a refund or who to contact about it. Twice I tried to reach (833) 598-1642, but each time I got an automated message. I have not validated my identity or created an account on your website so I don't even know how to cancel. I just want my refund please and I'll be on my way. I'm a student in debt and this stress is giving me anxiety.
Update:
They refunded me 50% of what I paid for. They convinced me to change my review. The lady was nice but I feel everyone should know what happened. I still find it ridiculous that I can’t have the full amount I paid for when I tried to cancelled 20 minutes after signing up. There is not even an authentic number you can reach out to.

Super frustrating to deal with
Super frustrating to deal with. No notice ahead of time when you’ll need an appointment before you can get a refill. I completely understand it is required to meet with your dr at times, but then zero availability to schedule an appointment. I was “put on a waiting list” weeks ago. I haven’t filled a prescription since early Sept. Then just today I see that I can actually schedule an appointment… next available, 11/21 (with someone who Ive never seen before). Basically another 3 weeks 🙄 But still advertising “Same Day appointments” for new patients? Seems there should be more care and concern if prescribing controlled substances that actually have physical and mental withdrawal affects.

Avoid if you value your time, money, and sanity.
I have been trying to get medication through Done since May of 2023. It's now September. All I have to show for it is frustration and hours of my life wasted.
I reached out for a virtual consultation May 18th. I paid the initial evaluation fee ($200), subscription fee ($80 a month), and was given a prescription for adderall.
I could not fill it, because of supply issues and shortages. I reached out to try Vyvanse, after talking to my therapist about my specific issues, it seemed like a better option. Done was supposed to help me submit the POA, and appeal.
I was initially told 10 days for the POA, after about a week of me asking for help.
Sure enough, the POA failed, I asked to start the appeal. I was assured it would be taken care of, and it could take 30 days. When I had no updates a few weeks later, I checked in. They had not appropriately filed the appeal. It took another 3 days to do this. I have to pay another subscription fee during this time.
I'm told the appeal can take up to 30 days. So another subscription fee.
After 30 business days, I check in. I'm told it could actually be up to 60 days.
I determine at that point this is unacceptable, I intend to cancel my account. I find out I can go on pause. I decide to go on pause.
My appeal gets denied. Generic vyvanse comes out. I request to change to this. I'm told I have to pay another subscription fee (4, for those of you keeping track.). But at least it's over.
EXCEPT.
My grocery store, which had the medication in stock, doesn't accept the prescription. They assign me to another pharmacy. They don't confirm it's in stock. It isn't. I try to get it transferred between pharmacies, I can't because this is a controlled substance. I am requesting the transfer, but as of this morning I was told it'll take another 5 days.
I'm... Astounded. I spent multiple hours working with this company, demanded a phone call last weekend, and I thought we were in a good place. But nope. I'm out nearly $500 and have nothing to show for it. I'm hoping MAYBE tomorrow I'll hear back from them, but they give no way to get help via phone urgently. Or email urgently. Which, for $80 a month, is wildly unacceptable.
EDIT:
Hi Done.
I am not available to call this week between 10am and 2pm, which appear to be the only windows available. I provided a thorough breakdown of my experience this past weekend. If more detail is needed, please provide a number I can reach out to at my convenience and I'll explain my experience again.
EDIT 2:
The pharmacy has been changed but it'll take 24 to 48 hours for the change to process. I will be lucky to get medication by this weekend after being assured by Done they care very much about handling this issue correctly. I'll continue updating here on the off chance I am able to get the service I've paid for, but at this point my hope in that is basically gone.
Edit 3: Pharmacy change was successful, but due to how long it took the last pharmacy that had it is now out of stock and I'm back to square one.
Edit 4: We're attempting to go with express scripts to fill the medication. Unfortunately due to how long the entire process took, I was not able to get my medication before needing to leave town and I'm approximately halfway through my last subscription month. I will have no ability to get my medication for at least a week while I am out of town.
Edit- 02/17/2024
So after a lot of back and forth, things have been stable on for the last few months. Done offered me a credit that covered multiple months. It had been a lot better.
Starting last month, I have been trying to get help getting a vacation override for when I'm out of the country for 3 weeks. I was told they couldn't help me with this, even though my insurance company assured me it was an option. I now leave Tuesday and suspect it will be without an adequate amount of medication. I'll be editing my review accordingly when this situation is resolved.
Edit - I'm not going to be able to get my medication in time despite my insurance company being willing to overnight the medication. Because I leave the day following a holiday, I'm screwed. I am not able to transfer my prescription to a local pharmacy because Done takes 3 days to do so. I'm extremely disappointed. I reached out over a month in advance for help and they absolutely refused to work with me. This doesn't work.

unnecessary delays & no patient support
Update: Sept 2. I just received notice that Done is requesting my review be taken down unless I give them my full name, phone number, and email. They responded to this faster than they have to any message I’ve sent them! I think it’s pretty clear my review is authentic, and this is an unfortunate loophole they are exploiting. If Done cared about me as a customer, they would have focused their resources into actual member care rather than doing this. Thanks for proving you are a shady company.
Don’t let the promises of same-day/next day appointments fool you. Once they get you on the hook for $79/mo, this becomes impossible to accomplish.
I started using Done in early 2022 because I have chronic migraine and the Adderall my PCP prescribed was triggering migraines. My neurologist had no suggestions. So, I tried Done because I felt that a provider more experienced with ADHD meds would be able to help me find something that would work. And they did.
Last week, I requested a standard medication refill with no changes but was told that I would need to schedule an appointment first.
This would have been annoying but fine if there was actually a way to book the appointment with my provider, however her schedule is full.
The care team that was supposed to be available to help me with the booking issue had no appointments for three days. Nor did they respond to the message I sent. I used the same “urgent” link they provide people here, by the way.
This delay is unacceptable. Done’s team should have informed me with the last refill that an appointment would be needed before I could continue meds. The appointment itself also seems unnecessary as I have met with my provider within the last three months regarding my treatment plan with no changes.
Currently I have no way to refill my medication, and am looking at several days of migraines as a result. This costs me money and reduces my ability to work. I’m going back to my PCP - I am done with Done!

Using this company has been a mistake
Using this company has been a mistake. It would have been quicker for me to just set up an appointment with my primary care physician and get a script sent to my local pharmacy. There are such delays in getting in touch with customer service and you cannot call them directly you have to set up an appointment. The provider himself was very nice and gave a very thorough consultation, but I've had a hard time getting the prescription filled (not their fault for supply chain issues) and trying to get that changed quickly has been very difficult. I would not recommend using this provider.

$200 scam
Edit: after writing this review they reached out to me to give me a refund. I don’t know if it is an issue with that one provider or if it is a company-wide issue. I appreciate the admin staff for settling this with me so I added one additional star. However, I’ll be going to a different provider through insurance.
I attempted to log into the zoom appointment 2 days in a row. I was 2 min late to the first one due to tech issues- the provider never started the meeting. Today, I was early, waiting in the meeting room, again, he never started the meeting. I log back in, he opens the meeting and says I’m too late and lectures me about being late. I feel that this provider is purposely causing people to miss appointments in order to scam the $200 no refundable fee. This is absolutely not okay and I need a refund immediately. People need actual help, not to be gaslit, dehumanized, and scammed into paying for nothing.
