Whatever you do do not use this company they are very misleading saw an ad for a price for an appointment after putting in all my information and card information it tells me that it was much more and told me there was something wrong with my card information gave me $100 coupon and then charged my account again for the same appointment so I have a $400 charge and a $300 charge emailed them back within minutes of realizing this no one returned my email until a week after my appointment time kind of sucks they would take advantage of people that are reaching out for medical help and the phone number they have listed on their website is not even connected beware this company is scandalous

Again, I requested a refill for my adderall on Saturday, 9/28/24, and the pharmacy (Publix, Argyle Forest), never received a refill from you.

Useless.. ADHD Management - connect me with a telahealth visit with a doctor, but all the pharmacies don't take telahealth prescriptions for controlled substance, and some don't even carry them. Done first does NOT confirm with the pharmacies, and it can take days for your doctor to send it to a new pharmacy. And most pharmacies won't tell you if they do or don't fill control substance telahealth prescriptions until they have your script, so you can take weeks trying to get it filled. And harassing your doctor to keep changing the pharmacy.

I'd give DONE Telehealth negative stars if I could. They love taking my money each and every month but can't seem to handle ANYTHING that isn't automated on there end. I've had issues many times over the last year for them to simply update something on there end to get my perspiration and they just can't seem to do it. Currently, I've been waiting over a week for them to change the pharmacy. They LITERALLY keep sending me the same email every other day that they're sorry for the delay in getting to it and will start promptly. I've gotten that same message three times this last week.

I was communicating with my physician, Jennifer Helker, about changing my plan. Then I got a message on my patient done.portal “ Your Membership is Paused Sincere apology. You are being transferred. Your membership is now paused and we will match you with a highly rated provider ASAP. What happens next: Your account history will stay intact with us when you come back. You will not be charged until a new provider is assigned for you. We will start over your membership period from the first day you get transferred.(No extra fee) You will not be able to request a medication refill for next month. Lol, thanks Doc, you could have just said, ‘No, stay on this current plan. Horrible Company Horrible Service Horrible Doctor Nick

I have been waiting almost 10 days to get a refill for my daily medication. they have done this two months in a row now, and this is unacceptable. Tried escalating with support but they don't really seem to care and just send AI generated messages as responses and no plan of action or time frames are given. My provider and done has abandoned me and my care in a very sudden way and it is starting to affect my daily personal and work life. This patient neglect and abandonment is disgusting and should be stopped. Edit: the link from your reply has no available appointments and I cannot schedule a call... This is actually comical.

When I asked for a refill or an appointment, I got the run around. I was scheduled for an appointment only to have it cancelled. This happened multiple times. Any request that I made for services was obstructed. When I complained and threatened a class action law suit, I got immediate action. I got a refund immediately and a letter that couldn't have been nicer. I told these folks that I curse them. It is unconscionable that they screw with people's mental health the way they do. If anyone wants to prosecute, I will help.

The provider was great. Unfortunately, I never received my prescription at the pharmacy but Done sure took payment quite quickly! Had to leave the state. When I returned, made a sooner provider appointment, connecting problems. I messaged provider right away notifying her of such. Done sent message that I missed my appointment and to schedule again the next day! Provider messaged me back late that day! Just requested to cancel subscription and get full refund because I never got any prescriptions! Was told not policy and given $19. RIDICULOUS -9/27: I have scheduled a call with DONE. We'll see how it goes.
