I changed my rating to 5 stars because I don’t believe in perfection, I believe in proactive care. Even though there was an initial bump in the road, a kind employee reached out and went out of her way to help even checked in. In the end I was able to get the care I was looking for.

Very easy to use, thorough screenings and excellent service. Doesn’t feel like they’re just eager to pass out meds, they truly want to help. Any time I’ve needed assistance or had a question they were very responsive and there was very little wait time for an answer. Highly recommend this service for sure.

I was new to telemedicine but with the urging of my daughter, I tried it with Done. It’s been two years and I can honestly say I am very satisfied. I feel my clinician knows me and my needs, at times more than my primary doctor. Not having to call for an appointment and wait weeks for it, is a blessing. I would give Done more than 5 stars if it was an option.

This is an excellent alternative to calling everywhere trying to get an appointment with a doctor that is taking no more patients . I have experienced first class etiquette and medical care since i made the first call . Highly trained staff and sense of urgency on follow through .
