I’ve been waiting over a week for medication. First it took 5 days for an rx to be sent. Then pharmacy is out I had to find another one that had medication in stock. Now I’m on day 2 of waiting for it to be sent again. SCAM SCAM SCAM!! There is no 24/7 access to provider like advertised. It’s all sending “msgs” to the care team who is a group on individuals clearly from out of the country who have to send a msg to someone who goes to someone else and eventually may make it to the provider.

Run away. Do not give these scammers your money. I’ve had 2 video calls, multiple conversations on the portal, been prescribed 3 different medications, been denied prior authorizations and STILL don’t have my medication. My provider told me she wrote me a script for “generic” vyvanse after my prior authorization was denied and I refused to pay $450 out of pocket for the medication, the “generic” was actually an entire different drug completely and I had a horrible reaction to it. After discussing this with my doctor she informed me that I’m “intolerant to stimulants.” I later found out that she prescribed me Ritalin instead of vyvanse, even after my initial consultation with her outlined my intolerance to Ritalin. The people running this operation do not care about your well being. They are determined to get your money. All my doubts about this company were confirmed when I finally gave up and was prompted with a discount code, should I choose to keep my subscription active. After denying it I was redirected to their complaint department. Clearly there is a pattern of cancellations here!

They were great at first. Then slowly they got worse and worse. I have been trying to get my prescription for about a month. That is insane. There is no reason I shouldn't be able to have my prescription immediately. I have messaged and they take soooo long to respond. It's unacceptable. I won't be using done any longer.

I have been waiting for 10 days for my medication to be refilled. My provider is on leave and failed to fill my rx or passing me on to another provider before going on leave. I have sent 10+ emails to Done and get a generic response that they are working on it. This morning they transferred me to a new provider and informed me via email and asked me to schedule a new appointment. I don’t need a new appointment, I need my medication refilled that I have been waiting on for 10 days. Meanwhile they have no problem charging me on time. If only they put that energy toward patient care and ensuring refills are processed in a timely manner. This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and avoid them if you can. It took over a month in from December to January for the same type of issue.

These companies are sickening. Just cash grabs from venture capitalists, preying on a population of people who can't afford health insurance but can swing it for piecemeal medical care that they mostly manage themselves. Hopefully one day I'll be able to pull myself out of this economic situation and go to a regular doctor like your average first-worlder, but until then, I'll have to make do with services like Done that operate in legally gray areas and utilize dark patterns in order to keep taking your money. Anyway, the biggest thing you should know before you sign up for Done is that most major pharmacies refuse to fill scripts from them. Make sure there's a pharmacy in your area that will fill a script from a service like this before you give them your money, because they won't let you know ahead of time. Also makes it difficult to use GoodRX coupons-- I was able to find a pharmacy that would fill my script, but the medication costs 3 times as much as it does at the pharmacies that won't take Done scripts.

It’s a scam. There’s no number to call if you have an issue; just a very basic designed portal that you can only submit requests for. I keep submitting requests and I can’t get them resolved. They don’t do anything on the call but tell you “we will submit a request and you will receive an email” and you never get the email. In the meantime of you waiting, you will still get charged a monthly fee of $79. They don’t even find or call the pharmacies for you to check to ensure the prescription is in stock. You have to do all of the work yourself. DO NOT SIGN UP!

Worst company ever. They are a bunch of scammers! Do not use this company for help. They will create more health problems than be helpful. They will "set" appointments and don't follow through. Do not trust this company! Do not give them your time or money! Bunch of scammers work here! They charge you immediately but won't put effort to help you mentally!

Awful experience and I recommend you avoid this company at all costs. Ill save the details and just explain that I cancelled my subscription to this company 3 months ago only to just find out they are still billing me $80 a month. You cannot speak with someone over the phone, your emails fall into the abyss and when they are answered the email is answered, not your question/inquiry. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
