Caution
I have to echo the warning of others. Of course with the initial high fee I was given an apt immediately and promised “unlimited consultations” for the monthly fee moving forward. Yet when I went to request a follow-up (a month later from my initial apt) I was unable to receiving the message “your providers schedule is full please message the support team”. It is now two weeks later after multiple messages and I still do not have an apt (multiple messages told me to schedule on the portal while my providers schedule remained full). In addition, I made a records request weeks ago and have yet to receive them. I completed their required paperwork to receive them (which they acknowledged) with no further response. So now it is difficult for me to even look elsewhere for care because they are withholding my records, which is illegal. I had such high hopes for this company after my initial apt (the provider was wonderful) but unfortunately it turns out this company is just another cash grab and not worth the money. It is dangerous to practice medication management this way and I highly suggest you look somewhere else for care. UPDATE: 7/20/23 The urgent link provided by the Done response (seen below) was the only way I was able to resolve my issue in seeking an apt despite my assigned provider's schedule being marked as "full". I will say that the representative I spoke with was very helpful and did everything she could to resolve the issue swiftly. It just shouldn't have come to that. Since then, I have been informed by my pharmacy (Walgreens) that my medication was flagged in their system due to the new provider's physical address being greater than 50 miles from mine. Again, multiple messages through the portal asking for assistance with this were met with completely useless responses. For example, after my first message relaying what Walgreens told me I received a notification that I had been switched to another provider (now the third in less than 2mos with Done). When I messaged back seeking to confirm that the new provider was located within 50miles of me the response I received was instructing me to make an appointment. Another message repeating my simple question was again met with a response instructing me to make an apt. I again had to use the urgent link to make an apt with a representative to get this question answered. While each of my issues have eventually been resolved, nothing with this company and the platform they are currently using has been simple. I am amending my earlier review to say if you use this company keep the urgent link handy and prepare to be patient.
