Scam! They take your money! They respond to these reviews, sounding like they are going to help, but I promise they will not! I have written many emails to them complaining about the service and asking for my money back (over $200) and they have yet to help me. They had all my medical info, said they could help, I paid $200 for an incompetent, judgmental NP to spend 15 minutes telling me she can’t do anything for me and to go see a psychiatrist 🫨

After 3 months of talking with them. There was no update on anything, and they took my money away. Unacceptable.

Horrible service. They ask for your insurance card, then don't bother checking if the medication they prescribe is actually covered by your insurance. The first stuff they prescribed me was not and would have been $400/m. I had to reach out NUMEROUS times over almost a 10 day period just to get a response from them and get an alternative medication prescribed. That medication was horrible, didn't work at all. Due to the already poor customer service I could see, I didn't think it was worth it to continue with them, so I cancelled by subscription. Heads up, when you cancel early on, it will tell you to email their support to request a refund for your first month. However after doing so, they absolutely refuse to provide this refund, despite their own system stating they'll do this. Pure nonsense and false advertising. Avoid this company EDIT: Don't listen to their nonsense response below about calling their support to get this worked out. I've already gone back and forth with their support and they 100% don't stand by what they put on their website and refuse to further assist with this issue.

I've been with Done for a few years now and the experience has progressively gotten worse and worse. Initially it was relatively easy to communicate with a provider and pickup prescriptions on time, but over the past year my provider has frequently ghosted me and is rarely on-time and accurate when sending out my prescriptions. I've currently gone without my meds for over a half-month because my provider takes WEEKS to respond to my messages and almost always inaccurately responds to them. I've tried emailing Done Support as well as use the "emergency phone line" they've plastered here, with zero success. In fact, I've had support staff lie to my face about having communicated with my provider only to have another support staff later say that no one has been able to reach my provider. At this point I would not be surprised if I do not receive my medication at all this month, and if by some miracle I do, I have to constantly worry whether or not a pharmacy will fill the prescription since over the past year I have had to switch from half a dozen pharmacies due to them abruptly not accepting prescriptions from Done. My mental health has progressively gotten worse and worse due to the aforementioned factors, and at this point I believe I would be better off simply not using Done than to be on medication for a month and then go on a goose-chase for weeks trying to get it sent and filled again. My advice to any prospective Done patient: PLEASE avoid this company and look for alternatives. While you might have a good initial experience, the mental toll you will go thru later on is absolutely not worth it. Do not let the excessively positive reviews here or anywhere else fool you, I am almost convinced they are either fake or Done is compensating people to write them. My advice to Done: You better start taking your business MUCH more seriously because you are playing with the mental health of countless lives just to make a profit. Stop hiring providers who are lazy and uncaring, and train your staff to properly escalate emergencies instead of gaslighting patients for weeks. I can guarantee that there will be many lawsuits coming for this company, and I will be surprised if they're still around in a couple of years.

I've been with Done for close to 1.5 years. They have cycled me through 5+ providers. My prescription was supposed to be refilled close to 6 weeks ago, but I haven't even heard back from my provider in that time. No transparency. Payments come out very punctually though! Those are never missed.

Donefirst is a dangerous company that exploits a loophole in medical regulations- they hire inexperienced nurse practitioners to “assess” you based on a largely biased online survey and then recommend Strattera (atomoxetine) to 99% of patients because it is a non-controlled substance. The incidence of suicidal thoughts by patients on Strattera, and associated side effects for heart health have led to it being banned in a number of European countries. This company didn’t even perform a heart test.

At first it looked promising. I took the assessment and was scheduled for an appointment 2 days later (6/24/23) over Zoom. I entered the Zoom meeting and my provider was experiencing "technical difficulties" and called me over the phone 2 times within a 45 minute window stating that she can't work Zoom. We left the conversation with her saying that we would reschedule our appointment. I did not hear back from that provider and I contacted support on my own. After a couple days (6/28/23) I got a response asking if I had any proof that the appointment was a failure. Unfortunately I didn't think to record my Zoom meeting where I sat in the room alone. I responded honestly saying I only have screenshots of the times that I called the company and the times my provider called me. This happened during the Zoom meeting and then I asked if I can get a refund because nothing was completed. This email was sent on 6/30/23. I was told that my inquiry has been sent to the billing team, but I did not get a response from the billing team until 7/20/23 where they stated I can only get a 20% refund because my provider updated my notes. These notes were added 5 days earlier before the billing team got back, 21 days after my original "appointment". I read these notes over and there was no information about my prescription or my pharmacy. It was very vague and had plenty of grammatical errors. So to me the Billing Team did not answer me until they had the provider give notes for a consultation that never happened allowing them to keep most of my money. I checked with my pharmacy and there was no record of medication being sent through. I am very disappointed that this company is taking advantage of people seeking help. Complete scam.
