I think it's a scam. They work with unqualified nurses and call them doctor. Also, my first appointment the provider didn't show up, and they have been very very bad to support through the process and get my appointment done.

Do Not Use Done!!! You will never get a prescription!
I had this service for a year and was able to ACTUALLY get a prescription 5 times in 12 months. However, they were paid every since month on time via direct debit. Plus I have asked for their tax ID to try and get reimbursed from my insurance company like 20 times and still haven't received it. I am starting to wonder if the company is even legit! I also asked for a refund and got nothing. I even referred them to friends who have now had the same experience. Such a rip off!
UPDATE 8-14-2023
For DONE: Here's my reference # 251251. And don't worry about fixing it now. I have canceled my subscription and have asked everyone I referred to do the same. You all did refund me a whole $48.00 which isn't a drop in the bucket for what I paid and what you DID NOT DELIVER! RIP OFF!!!!

Horrible experience online
They said they will listen to you in a judgement free space, it was not in my session, worst i have ever done. I was made to feel uncomfortable at the very start! I was talked over and she raised her voice, why? Also, during that 1st session she told me to get help locally. What is the point of online sessions than? Only to take your money $$

Done is the best way to UNsuccessfully treat ADHD
A ton of pharmacy restrictions, monthly subscription cost in addition to cost of medicine, they take forever to respond or refill prescriptions. If you’re traveling, better stock up because they won’t let you change pharmacies out of state— but you also can’t stock up because they’ll accuse you of drug abuse. I’ve requested to meet to discuss changing meds or dosage and they sent a very ambiguous message about not being able to due to my medical history but didn’t tell me specifically what the issue was. Horrible service and probably the complete opposite service structure to successfully care for someone with ADHD

DONE with done
I was with Done for about two months and cancelled as soon as I was able to get my script switched over to my PCP. My experience was entirely virtual.
My medication works for me, but I requested to try that (non stimulant) option because of a friend of mine who takes it and her experience and recommendation. I don't know what the NP would have recommended. My assessment was so broad and surface level, she didn't even ask about childhood. It was the most cursory assessment I've ever been through (and I've been through many).
Maybe its the NP I got assigned, because some reviews here talk about how good their person is, but mine was careless and unhelpful. I basically had to micromanage her because she kept making mistakes that affected me getting my medication.
At first I requested no generics because of a direct family member who had adverse side effects to this class of meds. It took multiple messages back and forth before she understood my request about no generics. She kept saying "yes I prescribed the generic" and then spoke down to me and said "please don't get confused." I was not the one confused. She also failed to change my profile to say no generics, which I had to tell her. Shouldn't she know this? Delay #1.
It would have been helpful if she told me upfront that insurance companies don't cover that unless you prove the generic doesn't work. After working with the pharmacy and gaining understanding about insurance coverage, I reached back out and asked to be prescribed the generic to give it a try. She put it in but didn't take off the "no generics" on my profile so pharmacy couldn't fill. Delay #2.
There were two weeks between my initial appointment and actually being able to start my meds.
At this point I've started my medication. Two weeks in I was seeing some change and helpfulness but not with focus, which is kind of the point with ADHD meds, right? I asked about increasing the dosage and she told me to. I asked about how would we know if it's too much or if we should go back down. She never responded to that. Then she replied on the platform with a scripted message saying "we're going to continue your current medications," but the platform didn't notify me of this message like it usually does. I was confused at this point if I made a mistake increasing my dosage. It was many days later and I was now going to be out of medication soon and needed a refill, which is what I logged in to do when I saw that message. I asked about this with multiple other questions and the only question addressed was confirmation of the dosage increase.
I put in my refill request and she sent it, only she didn't take off the no generics on my profile. I told her and she simply said "Please your prescription is ready for pick up." It was not. I tell her again; she updates it. Delay #3.
Now there's another issue! Although she updated the generic issue, she didn't fully update my dosage. In one place it says the old dosage, and in another place it says the new. Surprise! The pharmacy can't fill because of this. I'm on my last day of meds. I hadn't heard back to my messages for some days. The pharmacy has also called and faxed her with no reply. I was worried about going through a forced withdrawal. I get in touch with Done Support because IDK what else to do. I finally hear back from her and she has fixed it. Delay #4.
I asked the platform to reassign a new Dr/NP to me because of all this, which they did after 2 conversations with support. They just scheduled me a consultation at whatever time was available, without asking my availability. I could have rescheduled but availability with her would have had me waiting a few more days. I made the time work. When I had my appointment with her even she was shocked at the bad care from the previous NP, including that she never cancelled all the unfilled mistaken scripts, and that she allowed me to increase dosage after just two weeks. The 2nd NP I saw said we'd check in after 6 months. That seems like a long time to leave someone on a new medication before checking in, especially after a dose increase.
I had NO follow up support after diagnosis, NO discussion of side effects, and the only dosage discussion was when I inquired about it.
They tell you 24/7 care but it's REALLY not. Once you're in the portal and you submit a message or request, it says they'll reply within 3 days. While that's typical for the industry, it's certainly not 24/7. Support calls are usually available same or next day but be aware their hours are limited especially if you need late nights.
I would not recommend done to anyone unless they literally have no other option and are good at advocating for themselves.

Started off well, but impossible to get refills
Things started off well. It was fast and easy to talk to a professional, the intake form was easy to use. I got assigned a medication, and it was working.
The issue was getting refills. You have to go through their app each month and request a refill. They only let you request one at a time, but they take 10 days to refill it. So you are constantly running out of medication, stopping and starting. It makes no sense, especially considering how easy it is to get an additional appointment. This is my first telehealth experience, but I have to imagine there are ones that are better than this.

There were so many good reviews on here…
There were so many good reviews on here that I decided to give them a chance. No harm in trying if you want to be scheduled for an appointment at 10 pm and then wait 20 minutes for nobody to arrive. Then we rescheduled for 10 pm two weeks later and the same thing happened. They also charge you the $200 before your appointment. Luckily I got most of it back, but I'm still after the rest. Good luck, I hope your experience is better than mine was.

Think twice before you schedule
I scheduled an initial visit with the provider. I told her at the very beginning that I just moved from AZ to NM and that I was between doctors. At the end of the *very short* visit that really didn’t even require her to critically think as I already had a diagnosis, she asked me for my pharmacy details. I provided them. She realized she couldn’t find the pharmacy as she couldn’t prescribe in NM. She said she’d send the issue to the support team, they’d find me a new provider and get the script sent. I heard nothing. I was of course charged $199. I wrote to support team several times with no response. However, I continued to get survey questions and team members inquiring about my experience. When I told one what happened, he just didn’t respond. So I requested a refund about two weeks after. They refunded me $38. I asked where that number came from and they said “we have a policy and we don’t need to refund you.” I responded with an even more detailed explanation of my issue. They refunded me an additional amount to total $99. So I paid $100 to speak to an under qualified provider (NP…not even a psychiatrist) for 15 min. It’s mind boggling to me that a company with the mission of improving access to mental health care can be so money oriented. I’m not surprised but I’m disappointed. This service is only accessible to those with money and they lack any compassion when they didn’t follow through with the job.
