Done has been simple and straightforward and helpful in finding resolutions to the backorder of my medication. I would recommend to anyone seeking an affordable option for med management. --- 10/19/2023 I will retract my encouraging review, at this point. There is absolutely no reason I should have to suffer the consequences of a simple miscommunication- my provider went on maternity leave, and somehow it's my fault, to be uninformed, before my RX is due?? maternity leave is not like, SURPRISE! you know it's coming. So meanwhile, I'm left in unexpected med withdrawal, and having to put as much effort into phone calls for a new psychiatrist as I would be without using this service. So disappointed.

I’m on the second month and the 4th provider. From appointment to medication arriving has taken almost 2 weeks each time. The support is non existent at best. You cannot call them but you can send a request to have them call you…in 3+ business days.

I'm sure this company is great for people who don't actually have ADHD and just want stimulants. But for those of us who do have ADHD this is a nightmare. Canceled their service because no pharmacy was accepting the prescription. I canceled in May. They offered a $49 rate and use of a mail order delivery. I accepted, big mistake. That delivery didn't happen. I canceled again. And they keep charging me months later. Not $49. $70. I'm trying to find a legitimate doctor that I can afford without insurance (which is hard enough considering I've already been diagnosed for 30 years) and I'm spending a bunch of mental stress on trying to not get railroaded by this company who refuses to take "no" for an answer.

Medications do not work - using off label brands with 0 potency so basically youre paying for duds. Every month you have to fill prescription with RxOutreach and its such a hassle. First the cost for generic is outrageous, they take forever to ship and Donefirst just says call the pharmacy. There is always an issue every single month, literally have not had a month where things went smoothly. Donefirst also called to offer me a 25.00 credit if I gave them a good review - no way I cant even find one positive thing about this service. Seriously, save your money (you are paying up to 200.00 a month for this.) and make an appointment with your primary care doctor. Also have your meds checked I bet they arent what you think they are. I sent mine to FDA to test, waiting to hear back. Good luck

LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS - THE STORIES ARE TRUE. Here’s my story: : I signed up for services with Done in July, and was immediately charged $10 and soon after, $189. When it came time for my first appointment with a provider, the provider no-showed. I emailed the company to inform them, and they told me they would “waive my rescheduling fee” (LMAO) and then automatically rescheduled me for the next day without even confirming my availability. As soon as I saw it on my calendar I told them I couldn’t attend and need to reschedule. They eventually email me back telling me to reschedule on their portal, but guess what? There was no way to reschedule on the portal. The only thing there was it telling me that my prescription will be ready soon - ummmm, what prescription??? I never saw a doctor!!! I informed their “support team” via email. After this, I didn’t hear back for days, and I kept emailing with desperate pleas to receive care or a refund. Over one month later - still ZERO care, still ZERO refund. I finally disputed with my credit card company, and Done disputed back with a bunch of documents about their refund policy, so I got a chargeback. Im absolutely livid and have never dealt with such a predatory company in my life. 100% scam of a company, and any health care “professional” who works with them should not only be ashamed of themselves, but should lose their medical licenses for participating in this racket. Check out the open disputes on BBB, there’s countless of them with similar stories. Rest assured, I’ll be reporting them to any legal or medical board that can put them out of business and bring justice to the number of consumers - PATIENTS with MENTAL HEALTH CONCERNS - they’ve wronged.

This has undoubtedly been the most extremely frustrating healthcare encounter that I have ever had. Regrettably, my clinician provided inaccurate information regarding Rite-Aid's ability to fulfill the prescription, despite me presenting the email notification from Done stating otherwise. During our interaction, my clinician's tone became very abrupt and he expressed urgency to end the conversation, assuring me the prescription would be processed. However, the outcome was unfortunately predictable, as Rite-Aid declined the prescription request. Despite my persistent attempts over the course of 5 days to establish communication and redirect the prescription to my preferred pharmacy, I find myself still awaiting resolution. It's disheartening to reflect on the multitude of negative experiences and unfavorable reviews associated with Done's services. I had hoped to save expenses by opting for their service instead of my monthly doctor's visit, but it appears the only thing I've received is a setback of $200. I encourage others to be cautious and consider alternative options when it comes to Done unless you like being treated horribly by a fragmented service.

The clinician was dismissive she wouldn't listen she rushed. I asked if I could send medical records to her. She wanted a hand written not from my psych and to be sent to the support portal. I do not want my medical HIPPA going through Manillas customer care teams. She stated unless done she could not treat. It was hard to understand her. Is she even a flippin doctor....???? What doctor won't accept medical records,but instead a hand written note.....any idiot dishonest could do that. So unprofessional and sketchy. Lost over 200$ on this scam. I honestly feel an investigation should be done because that was so not ok

For two month in a row I have waited weeks for prescription refills and responses. Done even switched me to a new provider since mine was non responsive for a simple refill and the new provider did not show up. After waiting for 30 minutes I tried to reach out to Done to reschedule. No one ever answers. I even tried to reach out to the urgent scheduling system but today is Saturday and the next “urgent” phone call I can have it Tuesday. Three and half days later is not urgent. You cannot leave people who are used to taking medication without it. This company is going to exist until someone kills themselves and their family sued for patient abandonment and wrongful death.
