I have struggled with Depression, ADHD, and anxiety my entire life. Treatment has been hit or miss since every doctor previously would spend 5 minutes with me, diagnose, then prescribe what he thought would work. I suffered a lot. I immediacy clicked with Nurse Practitioner Jennifer. She showed obvious care AB’s asked the appropriate open ended questions to fully understand my problems. It’s been over 8 months now and would never leave Done. They are professional, caring, very responsive and they always follow up. They truly care. If you are thinking about trying them out, remember, they changed my life.

I've been using done for almost two years now. I have a good doctor who is very responsive.. and whenever any kind of issue comes up ( mostly pharmacy issues that are not my doctor's fault) the Done care team are there on my behalf to help get it resolved... I don't have time to go to a doctors office with my schedule so Done is a very convenient way for me to access the care I need.

The customer service is above and beyond!! They take the time to make sure any issue you have is addressed and handled properly and timely!! They triple check with you that everything has been resolved. I am beyond pleased with this service!!!

Definitely recommend contacting DONE if you suffer from ADHD. The staff and physicians are amazing , very responsive. I am so glad I found them, they truly changed my life. Everything is online through the portal which is convenient and works well.

Been using DONE for a year+, challenging at first until you understand the logistics of scheduling appts. & consults which is like 2-4 weeks out. I haven’t had any issue other than just the learning curve of scheduling, otherwise my experience with DONE has been pretty good!

I’ve been with DONE for about a year now, and the team there have been nothing but helpful in providing me with the tools and resources necessary to address my ADHD and help me to function successfully in my daily life. I was assigned to a new provider recently (had some scheduling conflicts so DONE staff worked with me and followed up consistently to maintain my prescription schedule) and the meeting was super helpful; my provider listened, asked very helpful questions, and set me up for continued success: Every time I have a question and reach out, I’ll typically get a reply within the day. I’ll be under DONE’s care for the foreseeable future.

Done was the first online support for medication and consultation. I wasn’t sure if it was going to give what I felt I needed, but it works for me. Since COVID, online meetings at e breeze and really familiar. My doctor really listens to what I say and, in turn, he presents a plan recommendation. Refills for my medication are easy and like other pharmacy apps, you make a request to refill, and it is available at your pharmacy. All communicated via text messaging. If you are thinking about trying Done for consultation and or medication, go for it. Discontinuing is just as easy as signing up. I hope this helps and good luck!
