easy to work with and you don’t have to have an appointment every month. they do a good job answering questions and ensuring you have what you need.i have been with them for over a year now.

So far they have been pretty good I did get a lapse of basically a month where my prescription was not send to my pharmacy but it was human error it's there now so that is great! I will say Kami my provider gets back to me within 3-4 days like any other medical place normal time. They follow up with text and it's been going pretty good so far The medication is helping. Aslong as I don't have another lapse of meds like last time I'm very content with my service.

The process was easy and fairly quick. I loved how I was able to schedule an appointment around my time, and also that I had an in person OR televisit option. Only reason I did 4/5 stars, was because my appointment got rescheduled 3 times, however the changes that were made still worked around my schedule so it wasn’t a huge issue for me. The call was quick and easy, and having the app to communicate with my doctor whenever I need to, is very convenient.

My experience with my therapist has been great. He's very easy to talk to about anything. Getting in touch with anyone can be difficult and the response times can be delayed at times. This is my second month and I enjoy the ease of the whole process.

Rocky start using them. My first consult was postponed due to outside issues but I didn't find that out until I reached out trying to figure out why I kept being rescheduled. Once I got past that they have been good so far. Any questions get answered pretty quickly, far quicker then trying to get a hold of my doctor.

Done has been an excellent resource for people with ADHD. Although it has not always been an entirely smooth experience, things have been better lately. It is a shame that the government is making it more difficult for those with needs to get help, but Done makes it easy. The medical professionals they have on staff are wonderful and get me the help I need.

Easy and regular access to a practitioner and quick responses from the team. Done. has helped me to make real progress on managing my ADD which I’ve struggled with my entire life.
