I have not been able to get my medication since. A lot of Pharmacies don’t accept DONE prescriptions and there is a follow out in communication between support team and provider. Would be a great concept if it worked.

At first DONE seemed like a legit…
At first DONE seemed like a legit company, than after the second month, my prescription could no longer be filled and my provider was judge mental and acted as if I was a drug seeker.

Very poor customer service experience
Very poor customer service experience. Horrible at processing insurance approvals, have yet to successfully process an approval for an EKG.
Asked to be weaned off of the first med, and they simply reprocessed the old prescription as if I never made the request.
This happened twice and I am now leaving the program.
The online consultation is a joke. Mostly a shallow q+a with almost no real depth of assessment.

Very Shady
Very Shady. Signed up for a monthly pass, then decided to pause it an think about it more. I then get an ANNUAL charge for $600 that I did not consent to.

Provider was awesome Service SUCKS
I give my provider 5 stars because they are good, but this service sucks they don't send messages to the providers or are not giving them a chance to see them, no matter how important they are. I've been a member for 8 months and it took 2 months to get a follow-up appointment, which I understand because there are few providers who do a good job. I've been trying to get a refill and sent messages for past 3 days before I needed them, but they haven't been looked at. It's not the provider or the team's fault, because once they see my messages, they act immediately. However, the service has been getting worse, and now I have no medication. I've been on ADHD medication for 2-3 years, and not having it will be tough for me and my family this weekend, and how am I supposed to work? Considering the prices I pay out of pocket since they don't work with insurance, I expect a high level of service, but that's not what I'm getting. I feel like I'd get better help at a Medicaid free clinic, because at least they wouldn't leave me without my refill, and my doctor would get my messages. I've been patient, but waiting 3 days and still not having read the messages is too long. I'm very disappointed. If you have another option, use it. It's predatory to take advantage of people who don't have many choices and then charge high prices for poor service. If I treated paying them the way they treat getting messages to providers and offering help in situations like this, it would be a problem. It's also nearly impossible to reach anyone at the company outside the signup process. It's not easy to find, and no one will answer. Trust me, I found one "Urgent Matters" phone number that isn't even connected. It's really very poor service. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE. It's too expensive for this kind of drama and headache and lack of service, unless you want to just buy empty promises.

Donefirst is a long, frustrating path to ADHD treatment.
**EDIT** I'm revising my review more positively, based on subsequent follow-up from Donefirst (who diligently have reached out several times since I left this review).
There is no substitute for meeting with a traditional psychiatrist and going through the process to properly diagnose and treat for mental health. I still can't say that Donefirst is a better alternative.
Donefirst advertises heavily that it's a simplified, easier pathway to treatment, but in reality all roads lead to signing up for the $150+ diagnostic testing and then getting you on a monthly plan.
When I first consulted with Done, they had some licensed practicioner in another country handle the telehealth virtual appointment, who practically read a talking script back to me, gave NO effort to try and listen to me and address my issues, and totally misdiagnosed me.
After appealing to change practicioners and try again, Done referred me to a second clinician (name redacted by Done’s request) who was more helpful for the initial call, prescribed a medication and then completely ghosted me for nearly 10 days. He claimed to be available through the Donefirst portal with a 72-hour time frame, but then 10 days went by before I heard from him again (apparently he was sick....like there is no backup protocol for that). Meanwhile my prescription ran out and I felt like Donefirst couldn't have cared less. It was only after I left a scathing review on Trustpilot that started hearing from customer service at Donefirst. Because all other avenues of communication are a dead end.
Remember that DoneFirst is primarily treating people for mental health issues. And then consider what it's like for people with mental health issues to lapse without medication for days or weeks at a time. Not a great picture.
Also, Donefirst is in the business of diagnosing and treating ADHD and the primary medication for this issue is stimulants. But most major chain pharmacies don't even recognize Donefirst as a valid prescriber (here in California, anyway), so if you need any medications that are classified as a stimulant, you'll need to order it from Done's preferred out-of-state pharmacy (which is not usually covered by insurance, so you'll pay for it entirely out-of-pocket).
Does DoneFirst work? I guess, if you're willing to put up with extreme frustration and go through numerous appointments and clinicians to finally start a diagnosis and treatment plan that works. If you have health insurance, it's probably more effective and even cheaper to seek out a licensed traditional psychiatrist near you and get on a treatment plan. I bet they even answer the phone when you call...

NOTHING NORMAL HERE
This company is like a SEESAW. One month it’s fabulous and no problem everything goes perfectly and it’s no big deal. Another month you can spend 30 days straight meeting with the doctor getting an appointment not getting your medication not getting a response not able to get any answers. Getting an emergency, “urgent meeting” to be told that you’re going to be “escalated” as if calling their “employee” is THE BIGGEST DEAL… and then again and again and again and again and again.
Got another provider and he is lovely. Had a great session with him last week. Everything was wonderful. He suggested changing medication and then nothing by nothing I mean quite literally nothing except they took my money. Then they tried to charge me again three weeks later instead of a month, meanwhile-NOTHING.
This kind of incompetence can not be an accident. They are a dishonest company. I’m finding another doctor/clinic/provider. It’s not worth stress over the thing making me balanced.
DONEFIRST wants a response to this review. HOW ABOUT A RESPONSE TO MY REPEATED REQUESTS MADE DIRECTLY TO YOUR SERVICE? How about a response to payment for literally nothing but me chasing your company for service? So insulting.
To anyone with ADHD:
FIND ANOTHER SERVICE FOR ANY PRICE. YOUR TIME & MONEY ARE WORTH MORE

Michigan Cross-Diagnosis Beware
I gave 2 stars JUST because of how quick I got an appointment and how nice and apologetic my assigned Provider was about not having the proper licenses in order to provide me services/treatment. I had been previously diagnosed and treated with ADHD via Adderall 20mg 3Xdaily, but was abandoned by my previous physician the day of my appointment due to what I now know is a cancer diagnosis, so I was without medication already for a week when I made an appointment with DoneFirst. IF YOU ARE ON Suboxone and in michigan beware I was told she was the only provider for the state and since she doesn't have proper licenses she cannot prescribed my adhd meds. She told me to find someone local to go to and find someone licensed to do both, I don't need a suboxone doctor I have one. It's during the Holidays so can't get in until after new year over a month away. Why ask us to fill out our information and current prescriptions if you are not going to review them before our appointment. I requested a refund for the $100 they immediately charged me and have to wait atleast 15 days for a "case/chart review"
UPDATE: it has been 15 business days and still no refund and no urgency to do so. I told them I needed the funds to seek the help they could not provide and still nothing. They really care don't they.
