Horrible experience. Uneducated doctors that are not actually MDs...was told a 30mg extended release capsule is actually 60mg (releasing 30mg instantly and 30mg later). Horrible with transitioning from COVID era allowing online schedule II prescriptions to present day many pharmacies not filling schedule II prescriptions from online providers. They have been charging me for 5 months even though I cancelled the service in their horribly designed website and will not refund. Stay very far away from this company, absolute trash, not looking out for your best interest. UPDATE 27Sep2023: Done is requiring that I reach out with my phone number and email address or this review will be taken down. They need to "verify" I'm a real patient. Another tactic to try and capitalize on people who don't have a lot of free time...making people go through hoops and endless hurdles. Would change to 0 stars if possible.

Paused service when there were no pharmacies who could fill orders for months, not realizing that it automatically unpauses and starts charging you again after 30 days. Member for two years and got a total of two prescriptions. Hard to reach, unknowledgeable doctors. Would only refund one month.

Impossible to reach someone. ZERO Customer service. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR DEBIT CARD! I was told I would be given my diagnosis, I have never received one. and not able to reach anyone regarding how to get it. I was foolish to pay for this before receiving it!

Terrible experience. Messages to doctors go unanswered. It’s been over a week and my medication still hasn’t been filled. What a nightmare!

I was being charged $80/month for almost a year before I even realized. It's on me for not checking my bank statements. But I signed up for a $10 consultation, and it auto-enrolled me in their membership. I decided not to go forward with paying for a prescription, and never had another appointment, so that's close to $1000 wasted.

Worst group of “professionals” I have ever dealt with. Have requested to change pharmacies 7 times in the last 20 days and nothing has been done and little to no response. Have been without medication for over 25 days. I highly recommend saving your money and find a different company.

My experience with Done: 1) Visiting with a clinician who seemed distracted/unprofessional during our visit. 2) My medication not being properly submitted to the pharmacy for at least two weeks - with ADHD, it's challenging for me to keep following up on something like that, so it took a while for me to realize it wasn't there and request it be properly sent. 3) My medication not being covered by the insurance I uploaded (it would require a $400 payment from me to pick up) 4) Being ghosted when requesting an alternative - I requested a different option covered by my insurance 6 days ago and did not receive a response. Done seems specifically designed to take advantage of people who can't stay on top of stuff like this, get rebilled for it, and never receive the service they're paying an unfathomably high amount to receive. Wildly disappointed in the company.

Wow! This is even worse than I could have imagined. After numerous requests for a refund, they refunded only $99 of the $199 my Visa was charged. You do not want to do business with Done!!! I scheduled an appointment and was told that I would need an EKG before a Rx could be written. When I asked repeatedly for a referral for the EKG and heard nothing, I asked for a refund. No response. I am also concerned that the NP with whom I consulted was in the Midwest, and I am in the State of Washington. That appears to be a violation of the regulations regarding online care. I have now asked for a refund of my $199 and have again been met with no response. Not sure how they stay in business!
