The so-called professional therapist. Only ask me questions, then tell me she would get back to me never once made A. A plan never wants to give me medication never wants to get back with me. I believe it is a scam for is definitely a scam

Stay away. The horror stories are true.
Stay away. No accountability, no response. The horror stories you hear from people giving 0 stars are all true (think of how many more opted to not leave a review).
Look at the "totally real" 5 star reviews here next to the 0 star reviews. Interesting how some 5 star reviews are word-for-word copies.
I started with Done over 7 months ago. In that time, NONE of my prescriptions were ever filed without issue or delay (not an exaggeration, literally 0 without problems).
Over 7 months, I've only "successfully" received 3 months worth of treatment. "Successfully" in that the medication actually ended up arriving at my house after weeks of delay (3 were shipped to a wrong address, 1 was just apparently "lost").
The response time from support is 3 days at a minimum, and more often than not, what you get at the end of those 3 days is a canned "We apologize for the inconvenience, our team is looking into it" email.
Do you see the "UrgentLine" link that the Done rep keeps posting to every bad review? Good luck. That line will schedule a call with someone that might as well not even work at Done. They're incapable of providing any support or resolution outside of "We'll escalate with the team and follow up with you" (they never will).
The only thing prompt about their company is their billing department which will gladly keep taking a monthly fee (for what?) regardless of if you've received your treatment or not.
Once this treatment arrives, I'll be cancelling my account with Done.
For those not familiar, the nationwide Adderall shortage paired with rescinding of Covid-time regulations that allowed Schedule II prescriptions to be made via telehealth means that Done is in a death spiral, and their business practice and culture are doing nothing but adding fuel to that decline.
Shame on the people that work there. I've never encountered a company so unbelievably incompetent at providing the sole service their company was created for.

EDIT: Look at Done's copy & pasted response below and understand that you're seeing the height of their customer service.
Hey, Done, I talked with your "UrgentLine", do you think it resolved anything listed above? Your rep told me the same exact "sorry for the inconvenience, I'll escalate and follow up" that I wrote about.
Absolutely useless. If you are this "genuinely concerned" with the feedback, have you considered actually doing something about it?

EDIT 2: Hey just thought I'd keep this updated to give people an idea of what to expect.
SEP 30: I reached out via email alerting them that I was changing addresses and asking for confirmation that they had the right address on their end (because the last 3 shipments at that point had been sent to the wrong address).
OCT 3: They confirm my address change, schedules a call with a different provider, I ask them to pass along notes from my previous provider (since they don't do that unless you ask explicitly..)
OCT 3-11: No response
OCT 11: I get a tracking notification that they've sent my treatment to the WRONG ADDRESS yet again. I reach out to Done.
OCT 13: They respond telling me that the address is correct and that they'll escalate, investigate, and follow up. They tell me that they'll push my billing cycle back a month.
OCT 13-22: No response. No follow ups.
OCT 23: Still no response. But they charged me for this month's membership fee despite saying they'll extend it. Another month will pass without treatment because Done can't be bothered to answer.
I've scheduled 2 calls with their UrgentLine, all no shows.

Stay away. Payment scam and no quick customer service
I scheduled an appointment a couple weeks ago and it got cancelled due to “credit card payment failure”. I changed cards 3 times to cards that worked just fine and had funds. I got rescheduled and they offered a discount for the issue and today got another payment failure with no notification or call to change payment before they just cancelled me. This company is a scam and had charged me $20 for no service or fault of my own.

Just got off my initial consultation…
Just got off my initial consultation with Done. I told the clinician I didn't want the prescription they chose for me because of how bad the side effects are. He blew me off and told me they may not be like that for me and to just take it. They also charged me the initial $200 fee twice. I should have just went to a psychiatrist the hour drive away.

I really wanted to give this company a…
I really wanted to give this company a chance, but it’s gotten to the point where I have had enough. The appointments are extremely impersonal, the providers barely speak English and are definitely reading from a script. You are paying $70 to basically get them to answer a survey for you, and there is absolutely no empathy when it comes to telling them that what they have prescribed is not working. You only get one call a month, all others you have to pay additional for. The 24/7 access is a complete lie, the care team can’t do anything for you in terms of adjusting your medication or offering alternate routes or next steps. Speaking of which, you are lucky if you get a response in 3 days. I’ve waited up to 17 DAYS for my prescription to be sent to a pharmacy, and if they do send it 7 times out of 11 have been incorrectly filled out, which then adds another 3 days until the pharmacy receives it. It got to the point where I had to threaten a class action lawsuit against them, and only then was my provider fired and I was switched to a new one that is only slightly better. I haven’t had a single month where everything ran smoothly and on time. I knew it was bad when my pharmacy (who is THE PHARMACY THEY RECOMMEND) would express that they are equally frustrated as they stated that they get a significant amount of calls from frustrated clients of DoneFirst regarding their prescriptions not being sent or filled out incorrectly. They have continually promised to get better, yet it’s been 11 months now and it seems to only have gotten worse. Why have I stayed for 11 months? Because I really had hope and wanted to give this company a change as I do believe that this sort of service could be life changing for some. However for me personally, it has only cost me far more than it would seeing a traditional psychiatrist (uninsured) as well as a ridiculous amount of frustration.

beginning to look like a scam
beginning to look like a scam. They take your payment and then ghost you. 14+ days, no response, no prescription was ever sent although they reported it was sent.

great AT FIRST, but then NOTHING
At first, I was exceptionally pleased with this provider and the service I received. However, since then I haven't had any contact, and no responses to my request for a refill but yet I'm still being charged my monthly membership fee. I was due for a refill almost 2 weeks ago and even spoke with someone in member services that assured me it would be taken care of in 48-72 hours and yet still nothing, no refill, nothing from their care coordinator, nor the provider. Then I submit another refill request today, and it says "we've received your renewal request, it may take up to 3 business days to process." WHAT A JOKE!!

I canceled my appointment more than 3 weeks ahead of time and was still charged for it. I canceled by email, text and phone. I am still waiting for a refund for these charges.
