I have had a swift and excellent experience so far. In my local area, the wait list for an ADHD diagnosis was 1-2 years even though I, and many others, can’t wait that long due to it affecting work and personal life. Through Done, it only took 2 weeks to have my first consultation and diagnosis. The PMHNP I speak with has been nothing but kind, helpful, knowledgeable, prompt, and understanding. She genuinely makes me feel listened to therefore, I’m comfortably able to have an open and honest dialogue. This month, my pharmacy was out of medication, I contacted customer support and they got back to me that same day and called other pharmacies to find one in stock. They were able to solve the issue within a day. The only thing I wish is that Done would develop an app instead of being only web based. But, that is only a minor inconvenience in an extremely convenient service.

I really liked how the doctor took in everything I said and took the time to prescribe me the right medication to get my mental health back on track. I also like how I pay less for this than my Internet bill.

Ultimately we selected a treatment and support program that worked for me. I’m near the end of my second month and can’t believe the improvements in my life.

DoneFirst is an invaluable service. I am prescribed my medication through a DoneFirst NP, and I've had no problems in the 2 months that I've used them. Quick to answer any of my questions and or concerns, too!

Getting things done with Done Done is an easy process to get set up. I’m able to have my appointments with my provider Samantha without having to leave leave the house. She makes sure I have the proper medicine I need and makes sure she asks about how I’m doing as well as checking to make sure I’m not having side effects.
